Quite happy with the communication and service I received. Broke an old skeleton key to one of my display cases and I used yelp project to find me a business. This was the only location that was able to assist in the kind of key I was looking to be made. Took me almost a year to finally bring the broken key down and both the receptionist and Russ both remembered me. Been meaning to post this for a while. Last year the old guy running the bait shop accused my best friend of stealing something. My best friend is a cop and was spending about 100.00 on pike bait, which they were getting 5.00 a piece for, so to steal a pack of hooks makes zero sense. Another time he shorted us on minnows. I decided to check the place out this fall and see things first hand. I found some trout lures to buy, I roughly spent 60.00 on a handful of trout lures, old guy no where in sight. I got in the car and looked at my receipt and saw 2.50 service charge. I'm like what, service charge? Apparently because I used my debit card I was charged for that. Old woman there wasn't warm and fuzzy by any means. I love supporting local places but with places like this it's no wonder people buy off line. I shouldn't be paying a service charge. I'm ok most of the time with a markup that's fair but to pay a service fee is insane. I've owned a couple businesses where I processed credit/debit cards and those fees were a write off at the end of the year, wouldn't surprise me if they were doing both. People are tired of getting boned and small businesses are always crying about Amazon etc. I can order what I need cheaper and have it delivered right to my door with no attitude. I will not be giving my hard earned money to this place again. I've discouraged my friends from going here too. Buy bait elsewhere and buy lures etc online. read more

Absolutely the worst customer service. I made an appointment for them to come to my home to replace a lock. I waited for over an hour. I called the business no less than 8 times. The first time, at five minutes past the time the locksmith was due, the assistant said he had just left. I waited and waited. I called and called after that and no one answered. I finally left. The thing is that I specifically requested a time certain and the man assured me he would be there at the appointed time. I had to wait in my car for over an hour and the service did not even provide a courtesy call to say the locksmith was running over an hour late. Very, very poor customer service.
