What a shame. I swung by and went over tint options with Brian. We agreed to a price, and he put me in the books for Wednesday between 8-8:30. I showed up on time, but they weren't ready for me. I told him I was going to walk to the store and be right back. He called me when I was returning and around the corner, literally. I tried to remotely enable moving my car (Tesla has those features). I couldn't get it to work, but I was steps away, anyway. I told him where I was and figured a good businessman can wait the 3 minutes it took me to get to his shop. When I got there, I stood by my car, eager to get started. Brian was talking to another client, already in one of his two bays. His coworker came out, walked right by me without making eye contact or acknowledging me, and brought another car in. I stood outside for a while feeling kind of foolish. Then Brian came out and told me he thought I was dropping the car off and cannot accommodate me. I told him I can wait - and he said no, make another appointment. Holy crap, are you kidding me?!!!? That's no way to treat a customer or to run a business. I smiled and walked away. Today is Friday. I just came back from getting my car done by another place in Hallandale Beach. Nice people, but they left glue on my windows, seats and headliner. My car was difficult to tint, but its no excuse for saying I should "get another car". If the job is too difficult for you and you dont want to do it, just state it. Also left bubbles throughout the tint, had to bring it back. They aren't very transparent. Let me start off with I went in with an appointment that I made over the phone when I got there they couldn't find it and kept asking if I really made one, almost had to show him the call log to prove it. This was at 9:30am, well he agreed to attend me but told me I had to come back that he would call when car was done. I told him I wanted 3M ceramic and Crystalline on the front. Since I never got the call I decided I would just show up and when I did at 3pm I see see my car was finished parked outside. When I ask what he did on the car he said the ceramic I asked for, I asked if he did Crystalline on the window he says who said anything about crystalline? Hands me my receipt and I'm on my way. When I look at the guarantee I see he didn't put 3M anywhere on my car, he put some other brand called Flexfilm, I mentioned 3M many times and I even pointed it out on his wall (full of 3M products). Outright ignored what I asked for and put what his cheapest product was. I didn't ask for cheap, nor did I negotiate on price. I wanted 3M. That's all. Make sure if you go to this place you have him repeat what you want, ask for it in writing and if you want 3M tell him to leave the watermark so you see he's really doing what you ask for. To top it off they left glue/water residue all over my panels. Buyer beware. read more

They did a great job on my little Miata. I asked for a quote on Yelp and drove in a couple of minutes after they opened. The process took no less than an hour, but given that my car has a few windows it was expected. They explained the different tints. I said I needed the darkest legal ceramic tint and they pointed right to it. The quote was honored all the way to the register, added the sales tax. I was basically in and out. The area was clean and peaceful, and they had a great playlist of music going on. And the staff were cool and laid back. They explained how to care for the tint for the next few days (by not rolling down the windows), and how to clean the tinted side of the window. Overall a pretty clean cut experience! Just had my windows tinted today 2/16/19, 12pm appointment time, and I had a great experience! Everyone was very nice and helpful. I was greeted by a very nice lady who explained all of the different tint varieties to me. One of the guys offered me water and I was told where the waiting room was where I could sit and relax and watch my tint being applied (which is very cool to watch, they make it look so easy!) The guys in the shop were very nice and they made me feel very comfortable and at ease, especially since I currently have some challenges with my car right now. I picked the ceramic tint at 21% and it's beautiful, exactly what I wanted! I'm very happy and glad I came back here. I had a car done years ago back in 2007 and many members in my family have had various cars/windows tinted here in the past.
