Just had my windows tinted today 2/16/19, 12pm appointment time, and I had a great experience! Everyone was very nice and helpful. I was greeted by a very nice lady who explained all of the different tint varieties to me. One of the guys offered me water and I was told where the waiting room was where I could sit and relax and watch my tint being applied (which is very cool to watch, they make it look so easy!) The guys in the shop were very nice and they made me feel very comfortable and at ease, especially since I currently have some challenges with my car right now. I picked the ceramic tint at 21% and it's beautiful, exactly what I wanted! I'm very happy and glad I came back here. I had a car done years ago back in 2007 and many members in my family have had various cars/windows tinted here in the past. Located conveniently off 441 in a nice area. Upon arrival, Brian was very friendly and even offered me a donut. In and out. I made an appointment late Monday and had my car tinted by 11am Tuesday. Overall process took about 45-50. They take the time to go over all the different tint options and cost. Called for appointment on same day, and they were able to take me. Full tint job of 4 door car took 1.5-2 hours, which is quicker than other places I have been to. Obviously, I wont know until the long run how good the tint paper is, but the quality and darkness was just what I expected. No visible smears or condensation was inside of tint like after most jobs. Inside of car was left neat. Staff was friendly. Called me out to come sit inside car before permanently putting front windshield strip across the front, so it was exactly lowered where I wanted it. Small family owned shop. Went in to have my two front windows tinted on my Jeep. They perfectly matched the existing factory tints on the rear and soft top. The tints were cut by machine which made for precision fit. Waited in the comfortable AC waiting area. I was in and out in less than an hour. After reading the reviews, I figured I'd try this place out for window tinting on my new BMW. I'm pleased to say that the reviews were accurate and honest. I initially went there to check them out but I liked the owner's welcoming and professional attitude so much that I decided to go ahead with the job. It took them (2 guys, one older and one younger, I'm assuming father and son) less than an hour to do all 7 windows. They really knew what they were doing and they were very meticulous about the job. I fell asleep in their lounge and when I woke up, my car was all done and looked absolutely flawless! And even better, they left my car's interior as clean and spotless as it was before the job (I'm a neat freak and I was hoping there wouldn't be any smudges or spots on my beige leather interior). I was and still am very happy with the results and I'm so glad I went to Brian's window tinting. Before leaving, I was given instructions on how to maintain my windows and what not to do, which I'm really glad about because this was my first window tinting experience and I knew nothing about the upkeep. I arrived at 3:45 pm for a 4 pm appointment made with Brian the day before. He was unfriendly and said, "we'll try to make room for you". He was running late with an installation and after a couple of minutes of explaining the various films he had on hand became hostile when I indicated I had very good experience with 3M. Although he is a 3M dealer and has their marketing signage all over his shop said they don't have ceramic film which is superior. I asked which is the 3M top of the line that competes with ceramic. He said it is Crystaline. I said I wanted that. But he said he didn't have and without even excusing himself walked away leaving me standing not knowing what to do. I went back to my car drank a Coke, was about to leave when his assistant came over and said they'd get to me in five minutes. I gave in and agreed to the ceramic. What a mistake. Brian started the installation with a growl, not a word to smooth things over. I had explained to his assistant to protect my leather seats, which had been given an expensive treatment in the morning. He threw a large old pad over the back seats. Brian ignored that and removed it. He is a sweat hog, was wearing shorts and a sleeveless t-shirt. He soaked the entire interior of my car in sweat. Even the dash and steering wheel. Didn't have the decency to wipe his sweat off after he finished, which I had to do. Also left dirt smudges on a newly shampooed carpet and on the bright door sills. The installation seems correct, but so far I can't tell the difference between ceramjc and the top of the line 3M I had in my old car. Brian didn't even thanked me for my business when he returned my credit card. I needed to redo the shampoo and leather treatment for $150, so it was a bad deal all.around. read more
