At first it didn't look real but when I picked it up it was really real, I asked the person ahead of me if it was his, and he said no but wish it was. At that time the lady cashier said it could have been the last customer but not sure. at this time I am thinking do i keep it or do the right thing, i could really use it, but then maybe that person can really use it. I believe the owner Tom (not for sure) said give me your name and phone number and I will call either way to let you know if the customer came back to claim it or not so I said ok believing I'm doing the right thing I handed over to him. Friday or Saturday I received a message from the them stating no one has claim the money and to come pick it up. On Monday I went to collect the money, when I asked about two very very rude ignorant ladies working snapped at me and said have no idea what I was talking about and ask if I can leave my phone number & name to call me back again, is that so hard, well evidently it was, snapped at me again while I was buying cigarettes & beer which I should not have brought them but turn around walked out. Most likely put it in his own pocket. This is what I get for doing the right thing. Also be aware if Charging check your receipt before leaving, I have been charged twice or three on occasions. I gave them plenty of proof to fix it, but they didn't. I should have keep it and play the lottery. My odds of finding a 100.00 dollar will never happen again. VERY DISHONEST COMPANY. Anyway, I was looking at some bourbon and he starts yelling and two guys who were near the tequila. He was yelling at the top of his lungs and very disrespectful of the customers. I put my wine down and didn't buy anything. This guy needs to take some customer service lessons and learn to be a little more courteous to the customers. I walk up to checkout and asked the cashier if they have styrofoam cups, she responds "we don't do…read morethat here" but was able to point to the cup section where they SELL cups after I asked the question a little simpler, "DO YOU SELL CUPS?!" If you don't sell styofroam cups, that's cool, I'll buy plastic cups. The "we don't do that here" statement was unnecessary. She clearly implied and assumed simple minded thoughts. I'm a young business professional, with an affluent income that was looking to buy spirits and cups for a family get together, and was talked to like I was about to take a "styrofoam cup" to the face while driving like an alcoholic. The incompetence level was something else but then again, her response to my question tells me what type of customers they typically have and attract.
