We got three estimates for the project, and for the first time in our lives, gave the job to the HIGHEST bidder. That is because, in addition to admiring their work elsewhere around Rockwall, owner Zach Simons is the sole point of contact for the estimate process on the entire project. His competitors were like, "Yeah, we can estimate the wood today, then we'll send a stone guy next week, and a gate-design guy the week after that." (Slight exaggeration there.) Let me just start by saying I have used this company for multiple projects around my house. They…read morehelped me with French drains (saved me from having water come through my house) removed and replaced a back patio concrete slab that was broken and cracked in several areas, replaced two wooden fence gates that look great and have stood up against strong winds and do not sag. They built an additional slab out back and built a shed with iron dog kennels around it that I use for my dogs when I travel. I have a dog trainer come by to care for them. Way cheaper now than putting them in kennels. We had a new landscape wall installed all the way around our house with a matching front mail box. We get many compliments from our neighbors on that. Our driveway needed to be replaced and they did (once again) an amazing job there. Our front porch needed to be restained and they handled that nicely, it's even clear coated to last longer. Our front concrete steps needed to be replaced and they of course did that for us too. We had next to our concrete driveway, rocks installed as I have an easement there with the neighbor but now I have a wider area to park on. If I have exterior work that needs to get done, I use these guys. I love Kevyn and Jenni and I love the pricing, the quality of work and ease of communication. I saw the negative reviews on them and noticed they never even bought any work. But the positive reviews are from actual clients. I love that I don't get upsold or pushed into sales scenarios. They do what is asked at a great price and at quality. No other reason to not work with them. Love these guys.

Ethan and his crew are extremely professional, helpful, and reliable. We've had them complete multiple projects for us including replacing rotted porch posts that were originally directly touching the cement. Ethan recommended raising new posts off the cement. The replaced posts look great and are now protected from moisture on the ground when it rains. He also painted them and all the soffits and trim on our house. We also had Prestige rebuild our iron and wood fence gate, which had become rotted over many years. It looks fantastic. In our kitchen, we had Prestige take down a large protruding decorative box around our vent hood which kept resulting in head bumps. He also replaced the vent hood, built out new trim around it and stained it to match the existing cabinets. We are so pleased with all of the work done at our house. Their pricing is extremely reasonable as well. I can't recommend Ethan and Prestige Construction enough.
