Ok so almost as import as the fact they had a new flavor I love,and even more important that the nice shop and great selection was patience. They let me take my time and took time to tell me about the flavors I might want,Nicks suggestions were spot on. Even though this place is over 5mi. from my home I'll definitely make the truck again to get some more of that sweet sweet e-juice!! Thanks yous guys!

Lookout for the guy who works here, he's not that smart, went in asked about a flavor of juice I saw, asked if they had it in 48MG, he said yep and grabs a bottle, not the correct flavor. No big deal. We get the correct one, he rings me up, and then adds a coil onto my bill before trying to charge me for it?? What read more

Absolutely amazing experience. I am new to vaping and just quit smoking. I had a good idea of what I was looking for and what I wanted to spend and the staff listened to me and helped me find exactly what I wanted. I use to think that this was a good place I always had good experiences with them. Tell today I am unable to go in do to an injury so I sent my girlfriend to their shop she was charged $8 for two demon killer tiger coils. Which the whole kit for $11.99 why the mark up the set is 48 coils which means that they cost $.25 to but then sell them for $4 that is just outrageous. That's is why I will no longer do business with them I will be sharing my stoire on my social media and be telling friends and family to not go here. As a bonus the gentleman told her a story about how hard it Is to find these products any more all though there in stock on Amazon I just check before writing the review. And he also told her about how he had a open bag of cotton and some woman walked in and he sold it to her for $20. Again just showing how they take advantage of people. And she did let him know that she was unknowable on the topic hoping he would help her and not take advantage of her. read more

Walked in, the guy was friendly and offered me the flavors I was interested in. The price is right on the ejuices. The batteries and coils were a bit pricey but I needed it so I paid for it. I usually buy my stuffs online because it's cheaper. Check out Vaporcig.com because they have fantastic juices for a really great price and free shipping if you spend $10 or more on their products! read more

Brickhouse has a very friendly staff with a ready to help you attitude. I do enjoy coming in the last couple of weeks tryingsome of the house flavors. I'm a pretty patient person and usually give people the benefit of the doubt, but at this point I'm convinced this level of poor customer service is either trained or tolerated. Totally unacceptable. It's unfortunate because the location is actually very convenient, but eventually you reach a point where you refuse to keep being treated like you're an inconvenience for simply walking through the door. At this stage, I honestly wouldn't be surprised to eventually drive by and see a "Going Out of Business" sign -- or the place boarded up entirely. "Under New Management" would probably be the best-case scenario.

I don't normally do review's however, my experience yesterday at BHV went above and beyond any other store I've been to. My mod finally died after 3 years of heavy use. Most long time vapers know that you have to be flexible with your price line when choosing a new mod &/or tank, because the price of one mod/tank can vary greatly between stores and online retailers. With planning and saving, I can normally stick to that rule. I just didn't plan on my mod finally dying beyond repair. The guy running the shop yesterday was amazing!!! I had limited funds and a million questions. He did everything, short of actually bending over backwards, to make sure I walked out with a new mod, tank and juice! I can't thank you guys enough!!! If you want a shop that has a large selection of premium juice, most current mods and tanks, knowledgeable and friendly staff, then this is the place! Been here more than once to pick up my favorite E-liquid, River Reserve Wiki, at a pretty reasonable price. Brought a friend here to buy his first setup, an IPV3, and a Kangertech Subtank. He loves em. I thought it was a pretty good deal for the price he paid. Staff is always incredibly helpful, never shy to offer up flavor suggestions, and they constantly listen to feedback from customers. The owners are also very intent on getting the best flavors out there, and when they get one they really like they won't hesitate to show it off. Very good atmosphere inside the shop, too. Very laid-back, but maintaining a nice professional feel. My go-to brick and mortar vape shop in the area. All I ask is for them to expand the juice selection a little. Brick House helped me out a lot. I bought a vaporizer and tried it out. The workers there were very helpful in every way. I tried it out and 3 months later I quit smoking for those 3 months. Great new shop in Orchards. They have a good selection of vape items from starter kits to mechanical mods. I bought their house juice in the Strawberry Cheesecake flavor and loved it! Their prices are pretty good as well $8 for a 15ml bottle! Definitely recommend you stop in and try some of their flavors and check out their selection of mods ! read more
