I don't normally do review's however, my experience yesterday at BHV went above and beyond any other store I've been to. My mod finally died after 3 years of heavy use. Most long time vapers know that you have to be flexible with your price line when choosing a new mod &/or tank, because the price of one mod/tank can vary greatly between stores and online retailers. With planning and saving, I can normally stick to that rule. I just didn't plan on my mod finally dying beyond repair. The guy running the shop yesterday was amazing!!! I had limited funds and a million questions. He did everything, short of actually bending over backwards, to make sure I walked out with a new mod, tank and juice! I can't thank you guys enough!!! Been here more than once to pick up my favorite E-liquid, River Reserve Wiki, at a pretty reasonable price. Brought a friend here to buy his first setup, an IPV3, and a Kangertech Subtank. He loves em. I thought it was a pretty good deal for the price he paid. Staff is always incredibly helpful, never shy to offer up flavor suggestions, and they constantly listen to feedback from customers. The owners are also very intent on getting the best flavors out there, and when they get one they really like they won't hesitate to show it off. Very good atmosphere inside the shop, too. Very laid-back, but maintaining a nice professional feel. My go-to brick and mortar vape shop in the area. All I ask is for them to expand the juice selection a little. Brick House helped me out a lot. I bought a vaporizer and tried it out. The workers there were very helpful in every way. I tried it out and 3 months later I quit smoking for those 3 months. Great new shop in Orchards. They have a good selection of vape items from starter kits to mechanical mods. I bought their house juice in the Strawberry Cheesecake flavor and loved it! What a fantastic vape shop! The brothers Rick and Randy who run it are super friendly and they haveva vast knowledge on pen e cigarettes and mechanical mods.
