You won't get what you see on their sample boards. Instead of a white wash, it looks like someone dumped paint all over them, with excessive dripping on the faces. I had to scrub each brick in water to make it look like their display board. Also, instead of buying 10% for waste, you should buy 20% to compensate for the brick piece that are bowed like a banana and you'll be sold an extra 10% on top of that from their crooked salesman (even though you handed them the exact dimensions of your project to calculate). You'll be sold an exorbitant amount of pointing mortar as well and they won't take ANY returns, not a thing, even though their website states no returns on brick. I'd steer clear of this business. Ordered 1200+ brick for an outdoor patio. Shipment lost in transit.....how does your carrier lose a ton of brick in transit? A week later, it's found and delivered. Great. Started centers on patio.....NONE OF THE BRICKS ARE THE SAME SIZE. Supposedly wirecut, should be EXACTLY the same size. Good thing I have a decent paver saw. I ordered $6k worth of brick veneer. 10% of it showed up broken and unusable. They refused to send replacements or be reasonable. They were rude and unprofessional. Avoid this company at all costs!!! read more

Don't waste your money ordering samples. I spent $80 to get samples. Greg contacted me right away to see if I had any questions, then I never heard from him again. After multiple replies and requests for information, I got nothing but radio silence. My project needed to move along, so I've since purchased a competitor's product from Home Depot (readily available and returnable) and am very happy with it. I asked for a refund of what I paid for the BrickIt samples, but not surprisingly, I got no response. read more

While the product was good, the customer service needs work. I had a project done and used a recommended contractor. Because the project was in a building, we could not use the metal grids that we purchased and opted to apply directly to the wall. Brick-It refuses to refund me the cost of the metal grids. Simply not a great experience. read more

told salesman James K., I needed 80 square feet of 1/2 thick brick to build a facade on a porch wall. He said he would come up with an estimate of the brick and associated product ( big mistake). He estimated I would need 616 brick which included 10% waste (wrong). Out of the 616 brick James K. estimated, I have 180 left over (almost 30% over amount needed).. Out of the 12 tubes of adhesive (at $10.89/tube) , I have 5 tubes leftover. Called James K. to get return authorization . Guess what ! They don't take returns, even though at time of sale, he claimed the product I bought was very popular. His suggestion "Put them on Craiglist". Stick with Lowes or Home Depot read more
