For our initial meeting, Abraham arrived five minutes early at the appointed day and time. That alone sets him apart from anyone else in South Florida, but it gets even better. My inherited home was in dilapidated condition since my father never took care of it; it had termites, rotten wood, cracks on the walls, in terrible condition. I was afraid I would get a low price for the house, if anyone would buy it at all. With the utmost confidence Abraham assured me that not only could he sell it, he would sell it for one million. I was doubtful of this claim, but he walked me through all the steps and described his approach to selling my particular house. His ability to tailor the sales approach to the house is admirable. The house sold in 6 weeks. He even beat his own estimate of one million, having sold it for even more. I was both stunned and grateful. Abraham Ash is embodiment of talent and professionalism. He is THE realtor par excellence.

We found Abe on Yelp as the best-rated realtor in Miami. I believe we were initially only looking…read moreat the Brickell area. Coming in from the cut-throat SF Bay Area market with near-zero inventory, we were overwhelmed by the options available in Miami. Abe found us a spot right by the Biscayne Bay at the Margaret Pace Park in Edgewater. We have butterflies in our tummies as we are in love with our new home. This is 100% thanks to Abe. Abe knows every patch of land in Brickell, Edgewater, Downtown, and other parts of Miami. He knows the history of each building, what's coming next that could block your views, the HoA rules for each building, the heights of all buildings, and the views from each side of the building. It is mindboggling. We had assumed Abe would spend 3-4hrs with us and then let us go to do our own search. Instead, he spent multiple days with us non-stop, with some days where we even skipped meal breaks and walked around until our legs hurt. He is a natural at driving around the various pockets of Miami, navigating the streets while also being a tour guide. His ability to multitask like this helped us a lot. I still remember how, while driving around the Edgewater area, my wife and I simultaneously felt "wow, this neighborhood has a chic vibe we liked." We fell in love with Edgewater, though we had come in focused on Brickell. Abe is very good at sharing both the good and the bad about each option. There was a point we had already picked a new construction project that was nearly 3X of the next property we had scheduled to see. Abe was still showing us the pros of this new property, even if it would be significantly less of a deal size. He demonstrated many such signs of transparency and integrity during our entire time with him. We wish Abe the best and feel that if you get to know him and work out a nice rhythm, you can find the home or investment property of your dreams.

Lived here for a year in a condo I rented from an owner. Overall, the building is excellent. The…read moreresidents, security, and management are all extremely friendly and management was always on top of the ball running the building. There are only a couple small reasons I couldn't rate this five stars. 1) I had an issue with the valet company where they input the wrong phone number for my girlfriends car so she never got a text verifying her car was under the care of the valet. Worst of all, the valet company makes no other effort to track whose car is whose. So if they put your phone number in wrong, there is now no way of tracking whose car they have, or if they even have your car at all. At LEAST write the persons name or unit number on a valet tag attached to the keys. Very irresponsible way to run a valet which resulted in them not being able to locate my girlfriends car early one morning. Building management was very helpful resolving the issue eventually. 2) The building is obviously a little older, and they are working to slowly update the amenities, but yeah, it's not quite at the five star level of amenities. Gym needs some updating (it was always a few degrees too hot in there) and the pool is good, but loses a lot of sunlight later in the day. 3) Finally, the building has a terrible service elevator policy where they can't or won't dedicate the elevator for move in/out. This results in a very annoying and lengthy move, always waiting on the elevator while other people use it. Easily doubles the move time. With all that said, the building is great. Very well maintained, managed, and an easy, friendly place to live. Residents aren't stuck up like some of the "luxury apartments" or other buildings I've lived in...and views are amazing from the western facing units.

We presumed finding a rental in Miami would be a walk in the park compared to the nightmare of finding a space in NYC. Well, we were in for a rude awakening, as the Miami market is comparable to that of NYC. Thankfully came equipped with the awesome professionalism of Denni and Marc. Denni was our main contact, and she is a steady, confident presence in the face of many an apartment hunting adversity. And, let's be real, who has found a new apartment without a little drama-rama? We too felt the pressure of being admitted into a building, finding a good view, and closet size to match. Amazingly, Denni hit the mark with the first place she showed us. Now, being difficult clients, we made her drag us to about ten other places before we ironically chose to rent first place we viewed. Husband and I were living out of suitcases, and Denni not only negotiated the lease for us, she pushed the move in date so that we could stop shelling out cash for crappy hotel rooms. Hoo-ray, Denni! Denni isn't all business though, through casual conversation she will help newbies (like us) learn the ins and outs of living in Miami. Such as parking, valet, the social scene, traffic, etc. After we moved into our place we agreed that the whole time we secretly wanted to invite Denni over to kick back with a beer on our great new patio. Alas, we think Denni is too busy (and likely too classy) working hard to help other Miami residents find an amazing new place. Save yourself a ton of time and wasted energy ... call Denni and Marc when you are ready to move.

MOLD - MOLD - MOLD FOR YOUR HEALTH, DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS…read moreBUILDING. I lived in this building from May 2023 to November 2023 (7 months). After I tested positive for black mold (through OAT organic test), I asked the landlord to bring in a professional mold specialist to assess the situation. Instead, the building manager showed up. After just 15 minutes of walking around my studio, he assured me there was no mold. But mold is often hidden in carpets and walls. My unit, unit 403, was fully carpeted. A year and a half later, today, I am still suffering the consequences. I have spent THOUSANDS of dollars trying to heal my body. The effects have been devastating: brain fog so extreme I could barely function, sleeping 18 hours a day, memory problems that made me forget the most basic things (my birthday at some point), and an overwhelming sense of anxiety and depression. I've tried EVERYTHING--IV treatments, infrared saunas, and even committing to an intense 5-month carnivore diet. Despite all my efforts, I'm still not back to where I need to be. I've had to invest in a concierge mold specialist that is costing me 3.5k to heal. This building didn't just affect my health--it took a toll on my life. As a 22-year-old, I should have been living my life, going out, socializing, enjoying the things that come with graduating university. But instead, I became a shell of myself. I couldn't go out. I couldn't drink. I didn't have the energy to interact with anyone. The simplest joys were ripped away from me. The emotional and financial burden I've had to bear because of a negligent landlord and a manager who didn't take the issue seriously is indescribable. Please, do not make the mistake I did. No one should have to endure what I've gone through. The pain, the suffering, the exhaustion--it's something no one deserves. Protect your health, your well-being, and your future. Do not, under any CIRCUMSTANCES, move into this building. It will ruin your life.

We have been living in this beautiful, ideally located, amazingly well maintained building for 3 years and we couldn't be happier. After our previous owner told us that he would be coming back to Miami and taking over our beloved apartment, we were desperate to find a new one at Le Parc...and so we did! We have experience in living on both sides - the one facing the beautiful evergreen local park and the other side that faces the highway - both experiences are great. I drink my morning coffee every day on our balcony and, I swear, you can barely hear the noise from the highway. Any city lover will attest to this - the location of this building is amazing! It is located in Brickell but just a tiny bit outside so that the commute doesn't make you wanna kill yourself. If you live here, you know how easy it is to get to i95 (Publix, Brickell City Centre - basically ALL you need), avoiding all the traffic that you will normally have in the heart of Brickell. We personally love it - that is why we really DID NOT want to move anywhere else. The management here is great, lovely, kind and always so helpful. It makes me smile every time I go to the front desk and everyone here not only knows which unit I live in but also knows my name. The rules are here to make sure that everyone enjoys this place. Lets face it - would you allow some random stranger to walk barefoot in your house? No, it's gross. Would you like some strangers to party hard while your babies are sleeping? No, you wouldn't like it at all. I would like to take this time and reply to all the negative comments posted here. Yes, you cannot place your rubbish at a balcony because it is simply ugly to look at! I have my little green garden with a table and a bench - what else do you need? If you have too much stuff, there are storage unit to rent (easy solution!). There is a guest parking and the space is limited so you need to get more organized ;) Any other building in Brickell charges for an extra parking space - lets not get over dramatic. Also, yes, you have to give a check deposit to use the grill - but it will be returned to you if you don't break it - is this so shocking? Not to me. Just a little note here...it is not a hot tub...it is a infinite pool...it is not meant to be heated. ;) A home is a place where you need to feel safe and welcomed and that's how we feel here. We are happy to call Le Parc our home. Very very happy young couple from apartment *** ;)

We contacted multiple realtors but Karina easily stood out as the best option. She was the most responsive, detail-oriented, and supportive. She got all the information she needed to figure out what we were looking for, helped us understand the lay of the land, and thoroughly explained to us our options. She even talked us down from the higher rent we were targeting (we were so used to high LA prices). The best was that she also went to go see the properties we were interested in and FaceTimed us so we could see from LA. She helped us land our dream home and we couldn't be happier! Not only is Karina an absolute professional, she has even become our friend. She has helped us acclimate to our new city and has reached out to us on multiple occasions to various fun socials. We love Karina and would recommend her to anybody!!

She was horrible. She basically acted like my range for the apartment was too low and that she wanted nothing to do with me as apparently I was too cheap for her and not worth her time... So you can imagine my pleasure when I contacted Karina and she was overly helpful and made me feel like I was her one and only client. Service matters. She sent me a list of apartments the very same day and I could start looking through them and narrowing them down. But I had no idea how fast the housing markets changes here... By the time I decided on a couple of the apartments... They were gone already... Even though I only had the list 3 days...I was like WTH?? But Karina didn't skip a beat... She sent me a new list ASAP. From there she took over. I lived in Vegas and she was in Miami and she knew that I had no way to come to see these apartments. So after I made my choices... She actually went to the apartments for me and Skyped me so that I could see the apartments without me actually being there. She was freaking awesome!!! She helped me find my home here in Miami. From step one to the end she was right there with me. She met me at the apartment after a long long drive from Vegas and she stayed with me through the walk through to the signing of the lease to finishing up the paperwork. She was great! I am looking forward to dealing with her again in the future. And if you are looking for a realtor here in Miami for a local move or if you are out of state and looking to move here... Karina is one for you!
