Phew where do I start? This company hardly responded (even in the beginning.. red flag) and showed up late for my quote, my pickup (by an hour and some change) and delivered my items 3 DAYS later than the date on the signed document. When I asked about my items and tried to get responses I remained friendly and the second I mentioned my unhappiness with how carelessly I've been treated I get "if you're going to be rough with me I'll hang up." or "I gave you a good quote bc your friend referred you so" essentially saying Im lucky I had to pay $1750 to get my stuff 2 weeks later. and three days late, at that. Then they damaged some items that I can no longer use or they're missing parts to hang/ hold together. I wound up missing two large items and had to badger them for a week to pay for the items they left in another state. let me not forget to mention my entire collection of pots & pans were left AT MY APARTMENT in another state. Had I not checked before I left, I'd be without utensils, pots and pans. This company is unprofessional all around. Unless you like nagging for a service you pay for (in full even though they were 3 days late with my items via the signed papers they so rudely mentioned I should look at bc I was wrong) LOL A joke. Didn't wrap any of my paintings. don't book with them. Only gave them the stars I did bc they're nice enough to your face. read more

This company storage my property for 10 years. I have paid them accordingly to contract. When I asked my property to be delivered to my apartment, I was not able to contact them or have my furniture returned. After several attempts I found out that they rent storages spaces in Town, and move your belongs around. I was not able to get my belongings back and I was completely ignored by Narciso, the owner of the company. Who has a problem to return phone calls and keeping appointments. They are rude people, and very unreliable. Don't storage anything with them. At the end i have never seen my belongings again, a marble dining table, an armoire, a leather ottoman and several other items. Fortunately I was able to get my Persian rug back. It was the only item they returned to me after three months questioning them. Don't use them for storage. I'm giving one star, because that's what the system aloud, otherwise it would have been a 0. read more

Very disappointed. Although they are friendly and usually efficient, one of the workers they provided was inexperienced. They caused damage to a valuable item and some less important things. The boss promised to deal with the matter but has failed to return text messages or phone calls. Now I will have to institute legal proceedings. read more

This moving company is trash. We first reached out to them and scheduled a quote, the day of the quote they didn't show up. We waited an hour before calling numerous times. Eventually, someone answered and said that whoever we spoke to never actually scheduled it and someone would be on their way shortly. About 45 mins later a guy showed up, spent a total of two minutes in our apartment before saying that he had seen enough and someone would be in contact with us for a full quote (that same day.) We called back the next day, and the following one after that and couldn't get in touch with anyone. A week later they sent us a quote that we accepted and we scheduled our move-in date and provided details for our new building. They showed up the day of the move forty-five minutes late without calling or notifying anyone (which could have been its own issue seeing as there is only one elevator in each building you can reserve for an allotted time frame.) During the move, they informed us that unfortunately, they broke my television. They apologized and said that they would replace it. It has been over a month since then, we have left multiple voicemails. Finally, we sent a stern email saying that if they did not respond to us that we would have to dispute the credit card charge. Ironically putting it in writing is ALL IT TOOK. They called us within twenty-five minutes of the email, SUCH A JOKE. First, we spoke with a mover who was nothing but helpful. His supervisor on the other hand- Jorge, was miserable and unhelpful. He gave me a hard time after providing nothing short of dissatisfactory service. Essentially he wanted to provide me a little over half of what I originally paid for the TV. Sent me televisions on Best Buy that we're out of stock. Three phone calls and multiple text messages later of poor suggestions he calls me and tells me that I am being a pain for asking them to replace something that they broke. Tells me, and I quote "you need it more than I do", and that we will receive a check this coming Monday (another thing I'm assuming will happen late, or not at all.) If you want nothing other than making a stressful situation like moving to be as miserable as possible call Brickell Moving Company (like five times if you want to get through to them.) **Update they didn't deliver it on Monday. They brought it on Tuesday four hours after they were suppose to get here.** read more
