Best place to get pop protectors within the vicinity of North East County. I have yet to get the proprietary display shelves, but they are a hot product as it seems. The shop is fairly small (when they opened), but I believe now it's a little bit bigger as they moved a few offices down...I think? Anyway check them out on social media and their website as they run events once a month. It's a great shop! It's also down the way from the dispensary if you want to knock a few things off your list.

When they never arrived, I followed up and requested an update. Instead of a professional customer service response, I was told that my email was a "threat" and that I should "not order from us again." The company refunded the purchase and dismissed my concerns rather than addressing the underlying issue. The amount of the order was only $10.99, but that's not the point. Good customer service isn't measured by the dollar amount of the transaction. Every customer deserves respectful communication and products that meet reasonable quality expectations. The combination of poor product quality, failure to deliver the promised replacement parts, and an unnecessarily hostile response left me very disappointed. I won't be purchasing from this company again.
