I walked in to purchase some metatarsal pads. I was helped within minutes. (I might suggest to…read moremake an appointment, I was very lucky!) i did a walking step on a devise to help figure out the pressure points on my foot. I ended up with custom orthotic inserts that will work in any of my shoes. The lady that was helping me was very kind and understanding, and helpful. She came up with a solution that is working much better than over-the -counter inserts. They have a fabulous selection of specialty footwear, and the prices are consistent with other stores. My only problem is I only got one set of the custom inserts!
