At the store I did not notice the damage to the battery door and that the screw to the door was stripped. The item was obviously damaged and returned to the store. The damage caused to the door made it impossible to put batteries in. By the employees taking that item and returning it to the shelf will cost me even more of my time because now I have to return it. I should not have to do an FBI analysis of the items I am buying to see the condition they are in. They should be new and working. I am very disappointed.

Never seem to find something when I have a very specific item I'm looking for. I ended up having to walk around the store in order to find any of the storage containers I was looking for. They have a shelf or aisle, almost full of Cricket items. We use our mighty cricket at our store for quick and small jobs all of the time. Found small tins, but no see-through top and they were about half the size of the container I was looking for. I did see some plastic containers with some colorful lids and locks on them, but still would prefer a tin container.
