    Bootlegger

Went here twice during our 3 day visit to Minneapolis. First time was just to try the bootlegger, MN supposed staple cocktail. Eww...the mint killed it. The following day we decided to have dinner. I had the simple Mediterranean bowl. It was big and good. $18. Hub ordered chicken tenders and he enjoyed them. They delivered the meals as they were ready...so I was nearly 1/2 done with my meal before my hub got his. Tbe table of 7 next to us waited 15 min from the time the first person received his plate until the last member of their party received theirs. They only had 1 server working the whole dining room for Sunday dinner. This place I would consider going to in a pinch. It was no means Chef prepared or curated meals.

Must get the garlic parm wings... the best in the world! The service is great. Food comes out fast. I always run into my neighbors here since everyone loves this place. Has great happy hour! Bar is clean. Drinks are very strong.

The food was pretty good, but I wasn't blown away. It was standard bar food. Our server was fantastic, but the service was slow because they were very understaffed. Overall, it's a good experience, but I wouldn't go out of my way to go here again and wouldn't put it on a list of recommended restaurants. The dry rub wings had too much seasoning and the fries were solid.

This place is in the former Darbys spot (RIP) and super close for Twins games, or concerts at the Fillmore or even target center if you don't mind the hike. The chicken tenders I can't believe I'm saying this are legit better than the bone in wings. Just so fricken good/ the dill pickle rub was insanely yummy. Pizza is stupid good like I'm mad about it because it shouldn't be but it is. Get the personal side because it is so filling you won't need more!!

Loving the chicken bacon ranch and Box Logo detroit style pizzas!

The downtown location for Bricksworth has all 3 things I look for in a good brewery: 1. Wide selection of inventive beers (with cool names too!) 2. Ambiance - relaxing, positive vibes, and attentive & nice waitstaff with patio seating 3. Bomb food. You really can't beat this Detroit style pizza with the Parmesan cheese melted into the crispy crust! I was here with family for 2 hours before walking 5 minutes to Target Field for a Twins game. Please note that I sat on the patio so I'm not sure what the inside is like.

    Elote pizza

Came in when it was just a two-person crew -- one server and one cook. They absolutely killed it. We shared a flight, some wings, and the elote pizza, and everything came out fresh. The beer flight was great overall, with Wavy Boats being our favorite. The wings were cooked perfectly too. The only thing I'd skip next time is the Thai peanut sauce. The real star was the elote pizza. Seriously one of the best pizzas we've had in a while. We'll 100% be back for that alone.

Taking our first trip to Bricksworth for puzzle night with friends my wife and I were famished with only a light lunch, and looking at the menu while driving downtown, we were dying to dive into some food as soon as we arrived. Looking through the menu, we settled on the waffle fries, pickle dry rub tendies, and their staple pizzas: the Aloha & Happiest Meal. We only got the small, which were each 4 perfect servings of pizza with thick dough and amazing, crispy crust. We had just enough to fill up and have plenty to have for lunch the next day. The staff were alll friendly and it was a treat having our order brought to our table with our friends within 5 minutes of arriving. Knowing there is another location in Burnsville closer to our house, we definitely will be stopping out closer to home!

I love Bricksworth for a casual dinner/sports night in North Loop! We walked in on a Saturday and sat at the bar, we were served quickly and had a great view of the TV. I'm a simple drink lover, they have a large menu but loved the twist of the Vodka Soda with Honey Syrup - just a touch of sweetness. If you come to Bricksworth you HAVE to get a pizza, it's the most unique and delicious Detroit-ish style pizza. The 6x6 was perfect as a little snack for us (I was meeting friends for more apps), we each got 2 pieces. The The Telltale Moozadell is the perfect Italian inspired flavor, it's salty and sweet and delicious. Definitely will be back here!

Great pizza and even better brews. Don't sleep on the salads either. Fanatic seasonal flavors that are extremely craveable.

This venue is in the back of an office building. You walk through a alley between a parking ramp and the building to get to it. I bet this is an awesome location in the warmer months. So other than the weird location, you have to walk a maze to get to the restrooms. Not the best thought out layout for a brewery. The beer was good here and the service was just okay. Got a bad vibe from the bartender, not sure why. Something was off. Tried the cool ranch dorito wings. I am officially not a fan, but the ranch dressing it came with made the taste better. For me, just okay and probably won't return because this is an area full of good to great breweries.

We came to watch the game here and i'm glad we did! The entrance is kind of tucked away but they have a GIANT patio !!! The staff was very friendly and a man who i believe was the owner checked in on us and was nice. We ordered the chili lime chicken tenders and they had a great amount of spice! The ranch it came with was very yummy too. The pizza wasn't really my style but my boyfriend really enjoyed it!!! My favorite thing about Bricksworth is that they do small pours! I'm not a huge beer person but i like sours which they have a great selection of! I tried the Scratch n Sniff which was my favorite. Not overly sour!! I also got the fruit salad sour and it wasn't my favorite but it was still good. My boyfriend enjoyed the Naz Reid & Side of ranch! Overall i would love to come back here and try more wing and pizza flavors!

Fun, family friendly, with plenty of seating. Switching things up with their Dill Pickle Dry Rub Wings and Make it Chicken instead of the their pizza (fan favorite) this time. Both delicious but wished the wings had a stronger pickle flavor. Definitely worth checking out if you're in the area.

Came here around 3:30 on a Monday before a twins game. It didn't get too busy until around 5 so that was nice! We sat outside and they have a nice sun to shade ratio!! I got their feature cocktail which was pretty good, and the beers were decent too! As always the food was amazing!! It is a tad pricey but worth it! Also, the entrance is kind of tricky to spot, you walk through a small alley way and right onto the patio to get in.

Even with how busy the place was, I didn't find the service to be too slow. The food took about 10 minutes to come out. Cheese Curds ($12.50) - Interesting curds. They're covered and fried in a leavened waffle batter, which gives a more airy type of crisp on the outside. It's more robust than normal cheese curd batter, but has that lighter and softer waffle crunch. The texture inside is right in between being soft and gooey but has enough firmness for a slight squeaky behavior. I actually don't prefer this texture - I massively prefer one extreme or the other, either completely squeaky, or completely softened and melted. The curds are all separated with some mini batter nubs spread around for extra crunch. The curds comes with a ranch dip that has fresh herbs in buttermilk and for some reason reminds me of thousand island in taste. (4/5) 18-hr Porketta ($17.50) + Fries Upgrade (+$2.50) - This is a very simple sandwich with Northbound's famous 18 hour porketta, some Swiss cheese melted on top, and finally some softened sliced onion in a brioche bun. The porketta is essentially pulled pork and is lean with basically no fat. It's seasoned well with a good fennel and spiced aroma The flavors are quite pronounced and while the pork is relatively tender for the cut, some fat would do some major justice. The fries are mediocre. They are clearly hand cut and fried in house, but they are a little underfried since the interiors are firm rather than fluffy and they are floppy in texture. Meh. The porketta comes with a sauce that's fruity, tangy, and acidic. It's surprisingly great for the cheese curds since the curds are so heavy and fatty. (4/5) Overall I found the food at Northbound to be good enough but nothing particularly outstanding. I certainly don't think it was worth the 45 minute round trip drive. but I wouldn't mind eating there again if I happened to be in the area in the future.
