Service is great, there's games in half, definitely more of a sports bar vibe, high ceilings and lots of light in the summer. Lots of Coors flowed while I was there despite the early dinner hour. Pizza was, uh, interesting. The "Minnesota sushi" special was a thin crust, cream cheese, corned beef, dill pickle, and cheese. It was markedly less interesting than expected, the dill pickle was some nice contrast, but the corned beef didn't seem to be a notable ingredient on the palette. read more

Around the area at lunch time, we sawa big sign that said Lunch Specials and decided to walk in. Glad we dida Lunch specials were on point. There were pizza and sandwich specials available. I got a buffalo chicken wrap and hubs had a personal pizza. Both were delicious and perfect for lunch time. Staff were so friendly and service was quick. We definitely will put Hometowne on the list for before games or when we're nearby at lunchtime! read more

We wanted a fun place to bring the kids and this place is family friendly! There is a paid parking lot next to this place. There is also cheaper paid street parking. We started off with some drinks and lemon pepper wings! The blue cheese and ranch sauce here was delicious. The jalapeño ranch for us had too much of a jalapeño flavor, which I know sounds weird. Hahaha The pizza here was delicious! The hot honey pepperoni pizza was perfection! We polished it off very quickly! The kids wanted half cheese, half pepperoni and sausage and they really enjoyed it! Afterwards we spent time checking out the arcade. You pay for a card and then use the card at the different machines. Everyone here was very friendly. I also saw one of the employees give a homeless man some water. It's nice to see when companies are willing to help their community. If you are in EMS, fighter, a Police Officer, are in the military or are an educator if you bring your work badge, you can get 10% off your bill! Ordered delivery from here on a random Friday night when it was snowing, cold, and it just made sense. It came super quickly, which was very surprising since the roads were not awesome, but that was a lovely surprise. Got a thin crust with pepperoni, sausage, olives, mushrooms and lemme tell ya.. a really really dang good thin crust. I haven't had a ton of great thin crust out here in the Cities but this one was definitely great, and delivery too! Will definitely do again. Was craving pizza and usually pizza Lucci was my go to whenever I'm downtown Minneapolis but I seen this place was new and directly across the street so I decided to give it a shot. One side of the restaurant is a bar n dinning the other side has arcade machines. The arcade closes earlier than the restaurant so I wasn't able to play any games. The service was cool we went with wings garlic knots and pizza. The wings pretty much stood out as the best food item and should be added to the name. It's the little things bars do that make Vikings games stand out - free shots after touchdowns, the fight song over the speakers, game audio you can hear well throughout the bar. First time ordering today and we got the XL make your own pizza and it was the thin crust with Alfredo, garlic chicken, banana peppers and mushrooms with the blended cheese. And then a few large pizzas just pepperoni and cheese but still VERY GOOD! We got the BBQ wings (bone in) my husband is picky about wings but he said they were some of the BEST! And the homemade Parmesan bread was very good, but the kids LOVED the giant chocolate chip cookie with chocolate sauce! Our waitress (I wish I had caught her name!) went above and beyond--bringing our kids cups with lids and a Sharpie so we could label each one. Genius. Now let's talk about the food--because wow. As you can see in the photo, the pizza was next-level cheesy. The cheese was literally dripping off the slices. You know that cartoon moment where you pull one slice away and the cheese stretches and sticks to the other piece? That's exactly what was happening here. Absolute perfection. Hands down, some of the best pizza we've ever had. The kind where you're completely full, but still can't stop eating because it's just that good. The mac and cheese pizza was a huge hit with our 4- and 7-year-old. My husband and our 9-year-old were obsessed with the chicken bacon ranch. And for me? The ginormous garlic chicken salad with jalapeño ranch was the perfect mix of savory, garlicky goodness with just the right kick of spice. Just had a XL (16-inch) Big Dill, and it was delicious. Crust, toppings, sauce, all excellent. I say that as someone who has not previously engaged in pickle pizza and usually prefers a red sauce base, which this does not have. As a cheapskate in general, I found the portion and quality for $22 more than reasonable. My table also had a veggie salad (fine) and pizza fries (very good). The workers were all very pleasant, and the place had a good vibe. I'm not into arcades, but the arcade side seemed nice. It was pretty quiet on a Friday night at 6, so I hope they stick around for a while. I'll be back. read more

Has a neighborhood feel to it, if I lived in downtown Minneapolis I would definitely visit this place weekly. I thought they had been around for years, staff said they opened last week.
