Ordered delivery from here on a random Friday night when it was snowing, cold, and it just made sense. It came super quickly, which was very surprising since the roads were not awesome, but that was a lovely surprise. Got a thin crust with pepperoni, sausage, olives, mushrooms and lemme tell ya.. a really really dang good thin crust. I haven't had a ton of great thin crust out here in the Cities but this one was definitely great, and delivery too! Will definitely do again. The crust was nice and thin, crispy, the toppings were just enough and the sauce was nice and light and full of flavor!

Hometowne Pizza is a great spot for a drink and a bite to eat before a Timberwolves game. It's what you might get if your favorite dive bar and a 1990s arcade had a baby. We sat at the bar and had quick service and a good conversation with the bartender about options for the Wolves before the trade deadline. There was a good beer selection on tap and plenty of pizza and wings options. All-in-all it was a good meal and a great primer for the game.

Hometowne Pizza - Downtown Minneapolis Stop the presses: I've found pizza perfection, and it lives at Hometowne Pizza. I tried the Mac & Cheese Pizza and the Hometowne Big Dill Pizza, and let me tell you--these weren't just good, they were the best pizzas I've ever had. Creamy, cheesy comfort meets bold, tangy dill brilliance. Every bite was a standing ovation in my mouth. The location couldn't be better--right in the heart of downtown, making it the ultimate pre-game spot if you're heading to a Twins game or catching the Timberwolves. The energy is electric, the vibe is welcoming, and the garage-door-style openness makes it feel like summer even in the middle of winter. And the service? Our bartender was phenomenal--attentive, friendly, and genuinely made the night feel special. It's rare to find a place that nails both food and hospitality, but Hometown Pizza does it effortlessly. Bottom line: If you're in Minneapolis and you don't stop here, you're missing out on a slice of pure joy.

Can't go wrong with a good pepperoni slice. Fresh, cheesy, and packed with flavor. The crust had a nice bite to it and the pizza came out hot. Solid spot for a quick meal.

Too much to talk about this place without just saying "You need to go to Hometowne Pizza!" and experience it. From freshly made pizza with so many toppings, sizes, and crusts to choose from, amazing chicken wings (Hepp's Salt Dill Pickle, garlic Parmesan, and Nashville Hot Honey are my top 3 sauces) pasta dishes and desserts. They have an Arcade Game area as well to entertain everyone, pull tabs and E Games too! Customer Service will make you feel like a VIP! The design of the place is fresh even for being in a rustic older building, such a great vibe to watch Sporting Events (lots of TVs) , pre game or post game, and Catering is available as well. They have a cute Selfie Wall too. Follow Me for more reviews and message me what I should try next.

Was craving pizza and usually pizza Lucci was my go to whenever I'm downtown Minneapolis but I seen this place was new and directly across the street so I decided to give it a shot. One side of the restaurant is a bar n dinning the other side has arcade machines. The arcade closes earlier than the restaurant so I wasn't able to play any games. The service was cool we went with wings garlic knots and pizza. The wings pretty much stood out as the best food item and should be added to the name. The garlic knots were under cooked and the pizza was extremely soggy both very disappointing. I would stop by for wings over anything else

Great place for football Sundays! It's the little things bars do that make Vikings games stand out - free shots after touchdowns, the fight song over the speakers, game audio you can hear well throughout the bar. The servers are prompt and communicate well, daily deals on pizza and wings. Cute spot!!

    XL Chicken Alfredo thin crust

First time ordering today and we got the XL make your own pizza and it was the thin crust with Alfredo, garlic chicken, banana peppers and mushrooms with the blended cheese. And then a few large pizzas just pepperoni and cheese but still VERY GOOD! We got the BBQ wings (bone in) my husband is picky about wings but he said they were some of the BEST! And the homemade Parmesan bread was very good, but the kids LOVED the giant chocolate chip cookie with chocolate sauce! When our food first arrived for delivery they forgot the cookie and the cans of root beer, but the owner Aaron went above and beyond and delivered them personally!!! Again if I could give MORE STARS I would, GREAT JOB and we will be back for more!

This was soooooo good!!!! We had the Nashville Hot Dry Rub with Hot Honey Drizzel Wings - and I coukd not stop eating. Amazing! For puzza we had the Big Dill and the Hometown Supreme. Both were great - but the Big Dill had me at first bite. I dunked it in buffalo sauce for an extra kick and Ill ve back for more!!!

This bar almost has a speakeasy vibe to it. You can't tell from the outside but it has an awesome dive bar ambiance with a huge selection of arcade games. The food is surprisingly good and as a new restaurant things seem to be moving fairly well!

    Mac and cheese pizza

never thought I'd say "Minneapolis" and "family-friendly" in the same sentence--but here we are. Hometowne Pizza absolutely nails it. From the moment we walked in, it was clear this place gets families. While we waited for our food, our kids had a blast running around the arcade, which immediately set the tone for a relaxed, welcoming experience. And it didn't stop there. Our waitress (I wish I had caught her name!) went above and beyond--bringing our kids cups with lids and a Sharpie so we could label each one. Genius. Now let's talk about the food--because wow. As you can see in the photo, the pizza was next-level cheesy. The cheese was literally dripping off the slices. You know that cartoon moment where you pull one slice away and the cheese stretches and sticks to the other piece? That's exactly what was happening here. Absolute perfection. Hands down, some of the best pizza we've ever had. The kind where you're completely full, but still can't stop eating because it's just that good. The mac and cheese pizza was a huge hit with our 4- and 7-year-old. My husband and our 9-year-old were obsessed with the chicken bacon ranch. And for me? The ginormous garlic chicken salad with jalapeño ranch was the perfect mix of savory, garlicky goodness with just the right kick of spice. Amazing food, thoughtful service, and a truly family-friendly atmosphere. We cannot recommend Hometowne Pizza enough, and we'll definitely be back.

They were able to decorate it so it was very elegant. The bar did get busy during happy hour but they moved along quickly. The food was served buffet style. We got salad, mashed potatoes, pizza and a choice of beef or chicken. The portion seemed small to me. They did offer more pizza later on in the night. The dance floor was roomy enough for the people that were there. We had such a great time celebrating here! Parking was not bad either. They had a few lots and street parking around but they also did rent out a lot that we used that night. They had a family member shuttle too since it was freezing that day! Contrary, when you only get so many warm months in MN, it's best to take advantage. Known for their vast array of pizzas, my table split a fancy Bahn Mizza (mirrored after a Bahn Mi sandwich) pizza along with a traditional pepperoni. Both were exceptional! Make sure to check the menu out in advance as there were some pretty cool options such as Carolina BBQ and Taco Truck. In addition, there are plenty of fun drinks such as frozen ones, wine, beer, and mocktails (shout out mocktails). The service was great and accommodating considering the live bands performing. They had their concept down to a T and placed wrist bands when entering after collecting the fee. Note: you can save money if you buy concert tickets online as opposed to at the show. Clean Plate Club rocked it per usual. If you haven't heard of this band, check them out. They are going to play at my wedding! Rock on, Day Block Brewing!!
