Less than 24 hours before my appointment, I was contacted and told the $79 promotion would not be honored and that I would need to pay around $330 instead. This was never disclosed when I scheduled. Because of this last-minute change, I lost work time and experienced a delay in getting care while dealing with dental pain. This experience felt misleading and unprofessional. I cannot recommend this office based on how this was handled.

These people I felt like judged me as not having insurance and therefore made me feel like a dredge of society. They did not even bother to ask me if I wanted to pay and be reimbursed after they got the insurance cleared up. They just told me to go home and get them more information. A year later, when the temporary crown fell out, I learned they wanted to charge me the full $1,600 again because it had been a year. No calls, no reminder, no attempt to ensure he completed his treatment. Their fees are nearly double what I paid at my last dentist, and I don't see any improvement in quality. Additionally, appointments here have always left me uncomfortable; Dr. Ike is rough with the numbing needle, which I've only experienced at his practice. If you want a dental office that values patient care over billing, look elsewhere. I'll be returning to my previous dentist.
