I will buy one or two things I love and if possible come back for a sale. They always have excellent customer service and strive to get customers in and out in a timely manner.The store stays neat and organized, you see people straightening and helping customers to keep it that way. The organization of the store also helps with giving fantastic customer service. They can always find and suggest additional items.

It was a rainy Sunday afternoon so I looked for men's shoe stores in the area with a high rating, and Vernon Powell popped up. Quite frankly, I'd never heard of them before and decided to check them out. This is the type of shoe store where the attendant has to take your choice and bring out those shoes in your size. I was promptly waited upon by Kimmie (spelling?) who was most cordial and attentive ( in contradistinction to the young woman at the register with a flat affect who looked like she hated that she had a job). I picked out 3 pair, one of which they did not have instructions stock but will get in for me tomorrow. I don't mind paying for quality, and initial comfort is a must, and this store did it for me on both counts. I brought two pair home and will stop in tomorrow to pick up my third pair. Kimmie advised joining their rewards program in which you get a $50 coupon after spending $350 which isn't difficult to do! I'm most pleased with my experience at Vernon Powell and now that I have this experience shall return there when next I need shoes. I can't comment on their woman's section nor their foot-related paraphernalia, but they've got it all. A nice, "old-fashioned" shoe store!

I purchased one of the Yeti products and didn't realize that the lid was missing the closure device. When I bought it back to the store the manager said that she couldn't do anything about it and gave me an email address to contact. The email address was nonexistent and she was Not helpful at all. Their customer service is extremely poor and I will not return or refer anyone to the Rehoboth Beach location.

When I walked into a store specifically made for bras and underwear, I expect a certain level of customer service. When I walk into a store and I don't know anything about my size, I would expect somebody to ask me if I would like for them to measure me or anything to make me feel a little less stressed about having to shop for something that I don't own and haven't owned in over 10+ years. not me having to say, "Do you measure here?" and to be answered, "Yes, but it is not accurate." What is the point of having "measure experts" if you're not willing to help me, but you also speak negatively about measuring. I don't appreciate this treatment at all, and I look forward to telling everybody not to visit the store.

Despite the price of the bras being lower on their website, I bought two bras on sales here because I discovered the right model in this store by trying several ones and wanted to be fair to the sales associate. It is a good location to try and buy new models you don't know the fit yet. Once the right model is identified, you can then repurchased them on clearance on their website. It is free and easy to park.
