We wanted a drink from somewhere that served beer and non-beer drinks (that wasn't a bar). Bridge 99 was nearby and had outdoor seating. I even loved that they had a "3 season" room that was warmer than outside without having to be indoors. You order at the counter and then can sit wherever. We didn't have an issue finding a place for our group. The group ordered everything from mixed drinks to a beer. All thought their drink was good. There was a food truck, plus food options. We were also able to find parking. As we were leaving they were starting trivia; which is always a good time.

It is always a good day when you run across a place that has great food, great drinks, a fun atmosphere and wonderful staff. We fell in love with this place in our travels!!!

    Pepperoni pizza ($15) and a pint ($6)

I visited Bend for the first time recently and stopped by Bridge 99 for lunch and a pint. The brewery is tucked behind another building, but had a pretty large seating area, both inside and out. They serve pizza and sandwiches and also have a few board games to borrow. The beer menu has good variety with styles like Irish Lager, Brown, Red, and Porter in addition to a few IPAs. Staff was friendly and offered a few samples. Beers are well priced at $6 a pint. I enjoyed the tiramisu porter -- it wasn't too sweet or too much like tiramisu, but that was just fine with me. I had a pepperoni pizza ($15) and it was also good, although a bit heavy on the cheese -- I would balance out the cheese-sauce-pepperoni ratio a bit more. A solid brewery altogether.

Brian and David are amazing! super helpful with all the information on the brewery, the food, the area ! Can't go wrong with this stop!! Been to so many different breweries in the area and this one sets itself apart! Well done!

    Spicy kegmans pizza

Nice smoky flavor and great spicy house sauce instead of a red sauce. Not so hot to take away of everything else. Got extra crispy for the travel time. We ordered thru Door Dash and haley was very friendly can't Thank her enough for coming out in this heat to our motel. Long few days from Hillsboro Best pizza Thanks GCR

Upgrading to 5 stars. Bridge 99 is my second favorite brewery (after Bend Brewing) in a town replete with great breweries. Moreover, 99 boasts a superlative space with varied seating- inside and out- that works in all weather conditions. Never a food destination, Bridge 99 now has two trucks- Hawaiian and Mexican- as well as now offering in-house pizza (pizzettas). I've had the Mexican several times (El Buen Zason Del Mago) and can recommend it. I've yet to try Island Brothers or the pizzettas. If you like IPAs, Bridge 99 Intolerant is excellent, as is the Wizard Falls. Porters? Try the Tiramisu. I also like the Fly Rod IPA, Broken Top Brown and Rock Crawler Red. Highly recommended.

Love the abundance of outdoor seating and drink options. We come here with our pup and it's great to have seating in the shade. The blood orange hef and hard seltzers are very flavorful and bartenders are always friendly and provide great recommendations!

Bridge 99 was my absolute favorite spot in Bend!! You can not beat the heated covered patio, awesome fire feature, fire place, complimentary popcorn and the two food trucks outside. I will get to the beers in a moment... It's one of those place where even their regulars are a compliment to the atmosphere. I want to come back in Spring and Summer so I can get the whole open air experience when the roll their windows up and it's warm enough for the outside seating. The roll up windows are very cool, as are the live edge tables and bar. I don't know that I've seen a tap set up like theirs too. Seriously, check it out. Ohhhhhh and bonus to top all bonuses, they're dog friendly. Now the beers.... I am an IPA girl, I think my favorites were the Intolerant and Fly Rod, but the Bog Trotter - I think is an Irish Ale was delicious too. I stocked up on crowlers of the Intolerant and Bog Trotter. More pics and details will follow on my next trip.

Biggest reason is that quite a few years…read moreago they expanded the place significantly, opening up the large room to the right of the bar that opens into the outdoor area. That room is equipped with restrooms, relieving one of my major complaints about a lack of facilities, as well as a second serving station complete with taps. Since then, Crux has significantly changed the outdoor area as well although I'm not certain it's an upgrade. It's a little too landscaped and way too much like a playground now. Locals have always tended to refer to Crux as 'daycare but with beer.' The last several times I've come here, the second serving station has not been in operation even though it looks to be still fully functional. Meanwhile the line to the bar serving stations is often long, sometimes almost out the door. Not sure why that is, doesn't make sense to have the capacity to more efficiently serve customers but not use it. All that said, the beer is still stellar and they continue to have a wide range of beer choices, the new(ish) large room has plentiful high-top seating (mobility challenged folks will need to venture outside), and the music is kept below ear-splitting volume. You can also sit at the bar itself although the vibe there isn't great - it's not like a neighborhood pub bar. Crux still has a kitchen. I used to order directly from them but have since transitioned to patronizing one of the several food carts outside. Being food carts, they tend to come and go so I'll not go into detail there. That said, the new Alpine Smash burger is fabulous. The other significant change in recent years has been with the location. A dispute with the property owners to the west resulted in the access road that way being closed, requiring Crux patrons to use the road coming from Second/Scott Street (or ride a bike). The west road is now open, maybe because the Jackstraw housing complex over that way is now completed and the road serves their tenants. RIP Spoken Moto.
