Reed especially took time for all my questions, and explained warranty options. Financing was remarkably straightforward. Everything was listed clearly, with no surprises. I have high praise for the way the paper work was organized and explained to me so that registration and insurance were easy to do. But wait! the best part is that when I had a small issue with the car shortly after sale, arrangements were made for me to get it corrected. Oh yes, I will indeed refer everyone to Toyota.

I asked Trent to order a set of RA flaps and it was supposed to be arrived in 1.5w. I've waited for…read moreone month but no response so I gave up waiting and had it installed in our local shop. I sent a courtesy email to let Trent know it. Trent then quickly emailed me back and apologized for their failures to notify me the arrival of the flaps and wished me enjoy the flaps. I admired his honesty and the way that he handled with mistakes by apologizing for it to his clients first, which is very rare in the vehicle business lately, at least not the ones I experiences in my Calgary. I then emailed him to see whether he still had the set he ordered for me and if yes, I would like to buy that set as well as a holiday gift for my friend in bc. We quickly got the business done and I got the flaps next day. It was exactly what I expected. A brand new RA flaps in an unopened pack, which will be a good surprise gift for my friend. Sometimes things happen unexpectedly anyway. The way we handle with what happens decides who we really are. To be a hero or a rat, it is all about the choice in our heart. What Trent has inside his heart makes him the bright future of this country. I respect this young man. With his honesty and good heart, customers could always do business with him without worries, as all the unexpected things will be resolved properly and transparently. Purchased a new car in August 2018. It went back 3 months later for repairs. we have been taking it…read moreback every 3 months with a misfire problem. Dunlop staff tell me its repaired but return 3 months later with the same Misfire. this goes on for a couple of years. After telling them I don't want it back unless they repair it they find out the block is leaking coolant into the block and change the block. 3 months later it misfired again. They then said it was the wiring harness on the ignition. 3 months later it misfired. then they said they don't know what's wrong and cant fix it. Ford Canada said the same. I wrote to the owner of Dunlop who came up with a solution to put a monitor device in the car to detect the problem. This monitoring device failed also. After about 6 months it finally recorded the problem. They brought it in and changed out the fuel injector. First trip on the highway it misfired twice with smoke out the exhaust. Only if I knew how back their customer service was and that they didn't stand behind the products they sold I would never have bought a car from them.
