Bought my B4000 from Milestone a few years back. They were awesome! I received warm, personal service, and a steal of a deal. I loved this place so much that I brought them in a pumpkin cheesecake to thank them! My truck is still going strong. Will go back to Milestone if/when I need another vehicle. read more

Bought MX-5 last year with extended warranty. Car was rated 9 out of 10. In less than one year of owning it hole develops in roof. No coverage to help with costs. Also slow to hear from dealer, oh well...guess I made mistake. read more

Simply put this dealer is all promise and no substance. I purchased a used Mazda 3 in August which still had extended warranty coverage. Even with the extended warranty I have spent over $2500 with more in the way just to keep this vehicle running. The sales experience was fine. I had no issues with the salesperson and did not have difficulty completing the sale. I had issues in the first few months but nothing major. I did have a piece of trim come off on the rear passenger window which they "repaired" as part of the warranty. I had some issues later with an oil leak and while it was in the shop they found multiple other issues some covered by warranty but only a portion of the work? All of the components were linked but the warranty only covered some of them. the visit to the shop cost $1200 dollars and I hadn't owned the car for five months. They were completely unapologetic. I had an issue with the rear window causing a squeaking noise which continued to get worse. This too was not covered under warranty and they sent me to a glass shop to pay another $400 bill. The trim that was "repaired" recently came off of the rear window again and once again I was in the shop. They decided that since it was a fix that required more than a replacement piece of trim that I should take it to a body shop and pay for it myself! There was some sort of half assed repair made prior to my purchase of the car but since they don't have a record of it being their work they will not fix the crap car they sold me. As far as follow up and customer service I could not be more disappointed. I have been nothing but pleasant, I have not had a shouting match with them though I am clearly angry, and their bag of F#*&'s could not be more empty. When we purchased this car we planned to give it to my daughter as soon as I had a company car and then purchase my wife a Mazda 6. I will not be buying anything from this dealer ever again. If they can't service what they sell They will not get any further business from me or anyone else I can convince otherwise. Save yourself the hassle and get a better vehicle elsewhere. read more

Disappointing experience at Milestone Mazda to say the least. I bought a CX-7 and was told by three people in the department I had a set of winter tires that come with the car. The technician who explained how the car worked even went as far as telling me they would hold the tires for this year and next year I would have a storage fee, which was fine. I call in September to book a time to come in to exchange the tires. The technician in service who took my call booked my time. He didn't say "you don't have a set of tires here." My husband comes in with the car he waits for an hour only to be told there are no tires there for my car. I get a call to call them. I call leave messages no answer or we miss calls. At no time did the manager tell me on my answering machine that I had no tires there. I try to call the person I bought the car from only to be told he no longer works there. I was then told the tires were worn and old and were thrown out. Why wasn't I told this from the very beginning! How do I know the tires were worn? I did not see them. These winter tires were a selling point for me. I feel I was duped. Not impressed with this business practice. Poor communication, poor public relations, poor service. I would not recommend this business to anyone. read more
