Reese did an excellent job painting the exterior of our house. I would recommend him and would definitely use him again.

We hired Orest at OrCo Construction to clean up a bunch of projects the previous owners left behind…read more-- exposed wiring, an old alarm system, speaker wires everywhere, a doggy door removal, and exterior repairs. From start to finish they were fantastic. Orest came out for a free estimate, gave us a clear plan and a fair, firm price, and stuck to it. The work was fast but incredibly high quality -- they matched our wall texture and blended the paint so well you genuinely can't tell where the openings used to be, and the siding repairs look seamless. They even went above and beyond, tackling an extra spot we hadn't asked about. Great communication throughout, and genuinely friendly, kind people who take pride in their work. We could not be happier with how everything turned out, and we'll absolutely be hiring OrCo again for our next round of home projects! Highly recommend!

I love everything about OrCo Construction. The business is managed by Orest, and he is supported by…read morehis brothers. They each seem to have their own areas of specialization; Orest is amazing with logistics, one of his brothers is remarkable with tile, and the other brother seems to be a dependable and friendly jack of all trades! I've hired OrCo for two projects, tiling my sunporch as well as my kitchen and dining room. The sunporch was quick and painless, and their master tiler whipped it out in a day. The kitchen was a bit more of a challenge given the age of my home, unlevel surfaces, and surprise layers of linoleum lurking below what we thought was the bottom layer of flooring. The OrCo brothers were consumate professionals despite these challenges, and by some miracle they were still able to finish the job on time. Honestly, I still don't know how they did it! I love my floors! It's been several weeks since they finished the work, and every morning when I step into my kitchen I look upon the results with joy. I don't know why I didn't contact OrCo sooner! The floor is level, the grout is holding up, and the floors sparkle when I walk in the room. I sourced OrCo in the Projects section of Yelp, and their bid was one of the first responses I received when I published my request for proposal. What I love about the Yelp Projects Workspace is that approved vendors come with a $2500 guarantee from Yelp. That means if the project goes south, or I'm not pleased with the work, Yelp has me covered! OrCo came in with the second lowest bid, and I confidently booked the work based on their positive reviews and the Yelp guarantee. I am looking forward to hiring OrCo again. I don't have a lot of experience tackling big home projects like this, so next time I would like to have more options when it comes to finishing touches like the trim and thresholds for the doorways. I probably would have picked something different than what they provided... but that's on me. Thanks for all your hard work, OrCo! I'm very happy with the finished product.

My experience with Patchmaster was different than any other home repair / contractor experience…read moreI've had. We had just had a complete repipe of the entire house we just moved into, as well as having a new furnace and AC installed. We were worn out from all that entailed, especially the plumbing. week and a half of twice daily visits with many hiccups and lots of problem solving involved. At this moment our brand new water heater is leaking. Our walls were torn apart in every room that has any plumbing and in many adjacent rooms. That's just the process. It was super easy and efficient getting things set up with Scott. He explained the process well. The guys, Luis and Nicolas did a phenomenal job from day one through clean up. I told Luis how to get ahold of me if he needed anything. He said, he didn't think he would. That was hard to picture after our plumbing experience. It turned out he was right. He returned all of our walls and ceilings into looking as if they had never been touched. The texture was perfectly blended. On patches that were on white walls, we aren't even going to need to paint. You can't see where they were. They cleaned up regularly, virtually everyday, tearing up the masking and taking drop cloths out of the way so that our house felt like a home in the evenings. Dry wall is messy stuff, and you're going to get some dust here and there even with all the draping and other measures they took to minimize it. But relative to how messy it is when workers aren't careful, it was not bad at all. Luis is artist and clearly cares a lot about the quality of work that he does. With Nicolas taking care of everything so that Luis could work his magic, it was seamless. It was an amazing experience that was such a relief. I wish I had access to more pictures because it was a truly stunning difference. I just wish there were more contractors out there that took the degree of pride in their work that these guys do. Not just the finished product, but the whole experience! And I hear that the other team at Patchmaster works the same level of magic. To get this quality of work for the reasonable price they charged was simply amazing. Though I'm hesitant to because I want to get back in line with these guys when I need to, I can't recommend Patchmaster highly enough.
