We are part of an HOA community that chose to hire Two Brothers Painting for our home's first exterior painting in 10 years. For the most part, I was impressed with their professionalism, courteous workers, and timeliness. However, I was really disappointed when I realized they had overused the pressure washer on our wooden handrails, resulting in several chunks of wood being removed. After walking around, it seems like our unit got the worst of it, which is disheartening. What made the situation even more frustrating was when an employee insisted that the damage wasn't caused by the pressure washer. He then told me his boss would be there in a couple of minutes to discuss the issue, but after waiting for over 30 minutes, no one showed up. I don't recommend companies that handle concerns in this manner. I have sent an email to the HOA to address this, but I'm leaving this review to express my disappointment with how my concerns were dismissed. It's not the kind of service I expected. Update: The Two Brothers' manager representative showed up an hour later and was speaking with the president of our HOA outside my front door. When I came outside, I overheard that they are going to replace the handrail. I then had to ask for an apology on behalf of the employee who had completely disregarded me. I might not be the president or a board member, but you wouldn't have a board or a president without a community of residents like myself who pay a monthly fee for services like this to take place. read more

I would not trust this company with painting a dollhouse. My experience with them was defined by rudeness, litigiousness, and dishonesty on the part of their management/ownership. They said they were going to do something, and then failed to do it. It required having to get an entirely different painting contractor to finish the job. The Two Brothers crew prepared and painted our house the way it should be done! They thoroughly power washed the house and both chimneys. They removed our gutters and downspouts and spent the next 2-3 days scraping and removing the significant amount of old paint that had bubbled or begun to peel. They caulked any and all open joints. They did not cut any corners in their prep work. They painted the entire house, 3 colors, to our specifications and made sure walkways and windows were covered. They were an exceptional work crew who arrived promptly every morning. We could not have picked a better company to paint our home! read more

Our HOA hired Two Brothers to paint and stain all seven buildings in our 28 unit townhome community and the HOA Board and owners are very happy with the results. Two Brothers matched the paint of all our townhomes perfectly, applied a new stain color to our wood back decks and an anti slip additive to the stain on our wood front porches and stairs, and made any necessary repairs that were needed. Pablo, Javier, and the entire crew that were onsite for a few weeks were all fabulous to work with. Our townhomes are multi colors, are three stories high, with narrow alley ways, and they were always quick to move vehicles and ladders as needed so our homeowners could get in/out of their garages. I can't express enough how fantastic the entire crew of Two Brothers was to work with. Two Brothers just completed a big painting job for our 28 unit complex and they did a superb job. From the very beginning their bid was a fair and reasonable price and they were reassuring of all aspects they would accomplish. Pablo, owner, was well organized on the first day, providing sample colors to be sure we were in agreement with the products to be used since our units have multiple color combinations. He provided contact cellphone numbers to have easy access to him and the job description site supervisor, Javier. The whole crew showed up everyday in their Two Brothers shirts on time and worked efficiently throughout the day. They estimated the job would take 3-4 weeks and they completed it short of three weeks with excellent results. Our project was extra challenging because our units are three stories, with narrow alleyways. All water access was inside garages so it required coordination with the residents. Two Brothers was always patient with all aspects of this project. Our units were built over a three year phase so some of the older units needed repairs. All these areas were identified, repairs were skillfully made in a timely fashion by this crew. I found Two Brothers to be resourceful, professional and a friendly team to have on our property. They cleaned up everyday and were careful with landscape and cars parked on the street (covering them with plastic for protection). They were careful with the power washing and didn't cause any problems. A couple of the older units needed new handrails because the wood was old and deteriorating so they replaced those within the day. I and other residents I spoke to said how happy they were with their work and how easy it was to have them here. They were so accommodating when we needed to get out of our garage, moving ladders quickly, always with a smile and a wave. Communication and follow through was smooth and reassuring. Two Brothers Painting painted the exterior of my home. I had a scheduling issue due to a family illness and they were wonderful about working around a timeline that kept changing. The painting crew was hardworking, polite and left everything cleaned up at the end of each day. On the final day one of the painters walked with me as I inspected the house and kept track of some minor issues that needed attention. The fix ups were done that day.
