I hoped replacing the windshield would fix the leak too, but I was wrong. Cody came to my house, replaced my windshield and diagnosed the issue with the leak. A cherry seed blocked a sunroof drain. He told me I could get a snake inexpensive at an auto part store to completely clear the drains and showed me where the drains are. He said he could do it for $100, but he wanted to save me $100 so he educated me so I could do it myself. He only charged me for the windshield. I thanked him for not only replacing the windshield, but helping me learn how to prevent the leak. That was really great of him for going the extra mile to resolve my issues.

My first thought was 'that brush can't be as stiff as it looks' but a few hours later I was attempting to polish all the scratches he put in my clear coat. I should have stopped him but I assumed a car wash would know better. My polishing attempt didn't work well so I'll be taking it to a detail shop soon and probably spending $200 to fix a $15 car wash. Someone needs to tell Scrubby's those kinds brushes aren't for paint. I guess they're hearing it now if they ever read these reviews.

They helped me with a custom designed tri-fold card recently which turned out beautifully and little did I know they were actually going to fold all the cards for me too! They contacted me before printing the cards to let me know that the logo was pixelated so I could fix the issue before the order was complete. The only thing that concerned me was when I asked about sustainable practices they seemed to be less informed than I would have liked.
