However, the new executive director, Rashall, is very rude, vindictive, and nasty to those employees 'beneath' her. She does not seem to care about them, much less the residents that are here being taken care of!! I was told that Rashall was brought in to get money for waverly place so that the clinic is "in the black." I feel like sometimes when someone is in a position to try and get money, they could not care less about the employees that work with or for them. Sounds like Rashall has proven that time and time again! To her, it's only about the money, NOT the residents at all. Like I said, the caregivers are wonderful and caring, but uncaring Rashall needs to go!!

Upon walking in, everything is clean, organized, masks, and hand sanitizer stations, in multiple areas of the building, and the staff was friendly, helpful, and communicative. The doctor I got.. I am so sorry, but I forgot his name, but he drew out my problem for me, took the time to draw it out! so I knew what was going on with my skin! and that was the first time in my life a doctor was like that with explaining my eczema, and spoke to my ADHD. Seeing it drawn out and explained like that, made so much sense, after 25 years of eczema. VERY informative, and professional. His diagnosis, and what he prescribed to me, helped me within 24 hours! Anyone who has worked in any caregiving places knows how hard it is to make time to give full well deserved care. I think about it a lot and am great full that I can actually help someone brush their teeth, when in other facilities, it's hard to even assure someone is half clean. I love that these wonderful people can wake up on their own time, and have their own rooms with beds that work! I called my family dr to find out it was extremely low, 15mgs of torridal. Such a dire situation you'd not give a patient the lowest dose. It's insane when you go for help and you get a doctor that enjoys having the power to help you or to hurt you. I have never had such a horrible doctor.
