My first interaction with Silver Lake was a phone call with Denise. I do not know her correct title but i am going to guess she runs the practice. She is friendly, professional efficient and so much more. Most important after speaking with her, I felt as though I belonged there. Dr Weckesseris frietndly and kind and efficient. I always felt as though I was being given the best care. Everyone who is part of the staff is just wonderful. I do not know the name of the hygenist who cleaned my teeth but there was no pain and she also was kind, professional and efficient.

I have *never* been as well treated in terms of punctuality, respectful and pleasant demeanor, knowledgeable treatment and outcome from the half-dozen dentists I've visited over the past decades. Dr. Baeck is considerate, respectful, communicative, and hyper-competent. She explained my options and let me choose one on the spot. She prepared me for discomfort that never materialized (!). Gave clear instructions for how best to recover from the procedure, had the office phone me the next day to see how I felt, and field any lingering questions I might still have. This is the kind of practice to which I will send presents at Christmas time, if not sooner.

My son in particular has a few sensory issues, and hated his last dentist (ironically a pediatric dentist) so much he still comments whenever we drive past that office. He has never objected to going to see Dr. Biondo, even when he needed a filling. I started seeing her when my prior dentist suddenly recommended that I get all my back teeth crowned. In addition to doing good work, she does not overtreat. The turnover of hygenists and office staff has been almost none in the last five years. I appreciate seeing the same people, and also appreciate that the office is well-run. I've never been part of a practice with such low turnover and I think it makes a big difference in patient care.
