I contacted Premier Painting for an outside paint job on my home. Having previously been…read moredisappointed from lack of response from two other painters and one ridiculously overpriced quote, I resorted to checking with Yelp. Actually, this should have been my first resort but hubby had referrals from two of the painters. Any how, after calling Anthony, he provided a quick response and even came out the same day to prepare the free quote. He was respectful and professional and promised the quote via email within a day. True to his word, we received a very competitive quote! The best part was, Anthony was able to begin the work the very next day! That was a huge bonus for us because we were leaving town within several days. His ability to do the work then allowed us the opportunity to travel with a clear mind that the work was done and done well. Anthony and his partner did an excellent paint job on a star burst above our front door and the soffit and fascia around the house. We were quite pleased with their work and professional service. Premier Painting will be our "go to" painters and we highly recommend Anthony and his crew for your future paint jobs

I have nothing bad to say about them. Any other paint job that I may need...like my kitchen cabinets..I will definitely call Premier Painting. Thank you so much!

This is the worst company I've ever dealt with. What should have been a two-week project to…read morereplace a deck turned into a six-month ordeal that only ended because my attorney intervened. No one writes anything down or plans anything ahead of time, so there were lots of deviations from what was specified in the contract. Some of them were corrected at the time, some were fixed by me, while others could never be fixed without tearing down the entire structure and starting over. Overall, the workmanship was poor - both the finishing and the structure. These guys seem to be vaguely familiar with standard building code but are more than happy to cut corners when it suits them. Very little structural hardware was used. Some of the footers were dug to about 32 inches, others were much shallower, and some posts are sitting directly on the ground with no footer at all. There's also a post that's holding up the staircase and one corner of the deck that's set halfway on the footer with the other half on the ground. They didn't take an extra day to correct an error that could compromise the entire structure. To say they were unprofessional would be an understatement. One would think the object was to cause as much disruption as possible. There was rarely any communication regarding when they would be here, so they wouldn't show up for days or even weeks at a time and then suddenly arrive first thing in the morning and make a bunch a noise. When they were here, they were in and out of the house, using the bathroom and even asking for drinks from the refrigerator. I was forced to live in a construction site while all of this dragged on, and I feel like I'm going to be cleaning up after these people for the rest of the time I live here. Halfway through this nightmare, the owner of the business, Joe Greep, stopped communicating with me or coming to the house. There was no obvious reason for it; it was like he simply lost interest in the job that he'd already accepted a large deposit for. A couple of guys would work here once or twice a week, and while they put in a decent effort, they weren't qualified to take responsibility for this project. I actually had to lend them many of the tools they used and work alongside them when I had the time (and I know I sound like an idiot for putting up with that situation, but I just wanted to have my house fixed and move on with my life). When the contract was terminated, the job was about halfway done, and much of that wasn't done properly. I've brought in an inspector and several contractors, and no one wants to take on the liability that comes with finishing this project (One guy drove the better part of an hour to meet with me and couldn't get out of here fast enough, looking like he was in the grip of a moderate panic attack). As a result, I'm stuck spending a good deal of my free time trying to salvage something from this disaster. My association with this company has had a very negative effect on my home, as well as my personal life. I certainly have more problems today than I did before the contract was signed and would not recommend this business to anyone, ever, under any circumstances.
