After spending over $600 on 20 yards of mulch, I received a truckload of the same mulch I can get for FREE from the local tree guy with dye in it. It is garbage. I tipped them $30 prior, just to find out later that I tipped the owner who pretended not to be the owner. I confronted him that the mulch was not the standard it should be and we walked to neighbor who had true designer mulch. The office told me I should have let the driver, who was also the owner know there was a problem. I did and could not have been more clear to the driver, who pretended I need to call the office. They tried to tell me it was designer because it is dyed, but the other dyed mulches are not called designer. It is a scam. They later threatened to hire a subcontractor to come pick it up. However, they were going to use my money to pick it up. They draw you in with slightly lower pricing and no delivery. I asked them to figure something out and was willing for them to come get it, but not on my dime. The worst part is how they treated me, and then made nasty accusations that I threatened them. Ridiculous! They told me I should use it around back, which is what I would do with free mulch. Do yourself a favor, pay just a bit more and go anywhere else. Steve

They were so sweet and firm and large! I had a lot of fun picking exactly what I wanted The premises were gorgeous. They had other items besides strawberries. They had a nursery and outside a bunch in plants and small trees. I ended up walking out with an olive tree. It is still alive though has not produced any olives yet. Will come back next year for more strawberry picking!

While we waited for the event to begin, we walked around the shop and loved seeing the beautiful variety of flowers with everything from potted plants and hanging baskets to herbs and vegetables you can take home and plant yourself. When we headed back outside, we noticed a huge strawberry field behind the store, plus an ice cream area serving fresh strawberry ice cream, which was such a sweet surprise. It made the whole experience even more special. Such a cute spot for families, especially during springtime!

Dylan told me he could not return my phone calls because he was too busy. Poor and unprofessional excuse! He then told me he wanted to make it right with me and had someone else call me, and never showed up. I asked to speak with Dylan and he refused to hand him the phone. Unacceptable!!! Let me start by saying that I have been a long time customer of Clay's. I have purchased a zero…read moreturn mower & numerous pieces of Stihl equipment, as well as utilizing their service department. But my recent experience for the repair of a Stihl Kombi hedge trimmer was vert disappointing. On my call ahead and at drop off, there was no mention of needing the head unit to service. I run several other attachments, so I needed it to be in service while I waited for repair (quoted as 2 weeks). The next day I received a text that a Stihl dealer had no way of attaching it to a unit. So, I made my second trip there in 3 days to deliver the unit. I received a text to pick up the equipment and my request for blade sharpening was not "noted on the ticket" or performed. And to top it off, upon attaching the unit at home, the head is on almost backwards. I reached out to the general manager via text, Mr. Mack McCorkle, and there was no accountability taken, instead telling me that I did not review my service ticket & the head was brought in that way. At the end of the day, the head adjustment is simple, but what's really disappointing is the lack of accountability or customer focused service and offers to rectify the situation. I will certainly look elsewhere for my next service and purchase.
