It's bright and inviting. The owner Shah was behind the counter, working away. He was so pleasant and you can tell he REALLY enjoys his work. We had two pieces of each appetizer to try and I must say I LOVED the jalapeno poppers. They paired very well with the Factory sauce. I was pretty stuffed but I finished off my meal with a chocolate vanilla twist cone topped with caramel drizzle. Perfection. I had an absolute stellar experience at Burger Factory Whitby.
