I was greeted immediately upon entering by a Chase representative. (My big regret is that I've forgotten her name.) She quickly accompanied me to the banking counter and expertly assisted me with my request. She was extremely patient as I fumbled for my PIN number, and remained friendly throughout our encounter. This is one of my favorite Wells Fargo locations. It's about as convenient as they come…read more 1) It's located just off of Highway 7 and close to a number of great shops (Target!). 2) The hours are very convenient. They are open until 6pm on weekdays (but you need to make deposits by 4pm for them to go through the following day). 3) There is a 24-hour ATM in the front (I think one in back, too!). 4) They have a drive-thru teller option. The only thing that would improve this would be if they install a drive-thru ATM. 5) Probably my most favorite feature - Coin Counting Machine. 6) Super friendly and helpful employees. I've been with Wells Fargo since 2006 and I've been pretty happy overall. This location helps make up for the ones that fall a bit short.

Yes, being a bank would be a nice way to get through life on everyone else's dime. As you can tell, I do not have a warm, fuzzy spot in my heart for banks. I have only dealt with 1 bank in my life that truly put me first in its financial policies and decisions and that was a bank in TX that I could affiliate with because of my time spent serving in the military. Their policies included things such as no ATM fees and no international transaction fees. US Bank cannot compare and does not even come close. However, I did have to find a 2nd bank to work with closer to home and I chose US Bank simply out of convenience. I did try to compare them to many other banks in the area (Wells Fargo, TCF, the now defunct Norwest, etc.) and they were all the same. There was no financial advantage for me choosing any of them so really the only thing that stood out to me with US Bank was convenience. US Bank has a lot of metro branches available in many of the areas that I frequent so that was really what clinched it for me. The one thing I do like about this particular location is that it was genius to put it in a Byerlys store so that I can do my grocery shopping and take care of bank stuff at the same time. That they are also open on weekends and even on some holidays is a great convenience. But in the end, it is still a small kiosk representing a very big bank with big bank policies and if the bank changed names or was bought out, I would still do my banking here with the new bank if for no other reason than convenience.

US Bank happens to be in the parking lot of my work office. Opened up an account and have been pretty satisfied. Definitely like having ATM's without a fee all over the TC Metro in Holiday Stations and elsewhere. Minus one star for the charge on mailing the paper statement fee. Fine, I'll get along without. If you ever need a notary, they are happy to help out. Both my co-worker and myself have utilized the service. No charge for either customer or non-customer.

So I go through the app, and after poking around for a while was able to find an appointment...for daaaays later.
