I was checked in immediately by the receptionist upon walking in. The interior is so pristine and serene that I almost thought I'd walked into a spa! A huge plus: they informed me that if I only needed the shot, I could opt out of a full doctor's exam, which saved a lot of money tho idk how much it would cost me since I was paying out of pocket.. After a very short wait in the lobby, a nurse brought me back to the exam room and administered the shot, after asking if I have any history of allergies she put a bandage on my arm . The whole process was fast and seamless. If you're traveling or passing through and need quick medical attention, I highly recommend this place! I'm also feeling safer since I found this place!

At 54 years old I had seen numerous doctors about the pain I had in my hip and in my back . The other doctor said did the shots and even told me well I'm 54 years old I might just have to live with it . I had very painful sharp stab every time I put weight on my left leg it was horrible ! And I was only able to bend over possibly two to three times a day without being an excruciating pain . I honestly felt like my life was over . I was not able to do anything I enjoyed . I wasn't able to work so I was stuck in my house all day long . So somebody recommended Dr Ptacek to me and I thought well can't be any worse than it already is . The very first time I seen him he made me do a bending over do this do that which was painful . And he said well you have two problems one is your SI joint and your other is like L5 in your back . I thought well no s*** I could tell you where my pain is I'd live with it for a couple of years . But I looked up at him and asking can you fix me . Without hesitation he said yes ! No doctor had told me yes . So I thought well he's either an arrogant prick or he knows what he's doing . So I went back again and Dr talchak did an SI joint fusion with some pens . And I am 57 years old right now I walked over 5 Mi everyday at work . 5 miles! I couldn't get up out of my chair and walk to the bathroom without being in tears because the pain hurts so bad . My back hurts if I overdo it too much but that's my own fault I am 57 years old . Before he fixed my back I wasn't even able to get pots and pans out of my lower cabinets . I couldn't put any vegetables in my crisper drawer drawers in the bottom of my refrigerator because I couldn't bend over to open them . I couldn't empty my dishwasher because I couldn't bend over to get the plates out ! I felt like a total failure as a wife and human being . Doctor not only relieved the pain but this man literally gave me my life back . So if he says he can fix you he can . He's smart he's funny . But the man knows his s*** ! And he has the best staff ever! If you're in pain make an appointment ! Get your life back like I did !

The check-in process was easy and I was greeted right away, when Hope and a nursing student named Allison came out to the waiting room to get me they were extremely friendly, I was asked multiple times if I would be ok with a nursing student observing my visit, I really appreciated the courtesy shown. Hope did a great job explaining and showing me everything multiple times, I got the feeling that she genuinely cared about me. I would absolutely recommend the high quality of care at Regional Health!
