Having been VERY sick after my last surgery there, I was ambivilent about using them again. This time, they gave me meds to counteract any nausea before surgery, and I explained to Joseph that I had a negative experience with the last anesthesia I was given there. Mind you, I do not have this experience in hospitals with anesthesia. Well, this time, I had a lot of trouble even coming out of the anesthesia. They gave me narcan to take down the effects of morphine given, but it did no good. My oxygen levels were very low, and they wanted me to stay there for a couple of days, but we did have an O2 concentrator at home and a pulse oximeter to check my oxygen levels. I wanted OUT of that place. I hurled my food after eating when I got home and was sick to my stomach for days. It took 2 full days before my oxygen levels were normal, so I didn't feel comfortable taking my pain meds, and I desperately needed them. I was miserable and will not go anywhere that uses West River anesthesiology. I had them at Same Day Surgery when having a hysterectomy and got very ill after surgery. They kept me overnight and I was restless and broke out in bumps all over my stomach and back. I was on oxygen throughout the night. I am absolutely terrified to ever use any of their anesthesiologists again after 2 very negative experiences. I don't trust them.

My advice is to start asking providers what they charge and if they don't share, go somewhere else. Will be finding somewhere else myself.

When you try to ask them questions, they get annoyed. Once you get into see a doctor, their doctor will give you 3 to 5 minutes of their time and rush onto someone else The only exception is Dr. Abraham , who is excellent.

Very first bill sent out had no backup or explanations as to why the amount was due! During my visit, without them asking I had already paid my yearly deductible of a couple of hundred dollars plus! On the bill text there was no breakdown of how they had used any monies that insurance or that I had paid,! There was just amount due without even what the total costs of the services were! To finally get to the bill you had to go through several different sites and steps to get to an Internet site! After getting into the Internet bill, there still was no explanation as to what was done with the total amount of money I paid on the first visit! When I called, I was told that was all there was! When I asked about my payment, she explained some numbers that did not even match any amounts on the bill. I was looking at from the Internet.! When I asked for a more detailed bill I was told that was all there was! Chain of events…read more Broke Filling-Called and made appointment to fix filling--was told filling would be fixed during appointment-- Wait 2 weeks, go to appointment--Sit through 2 1/2 hours of exams and x-rays--they confirm that filling is broke, and others are chipped--I am then told I need to make another appointment to fix filling, and that they are booked out quite a ways due to Covid. I question why, because I was told it would be fixed during this appointment when I made it--Get told "That is not how they do things" and get rushed out the door--make another appointment to actually fix filling, appointment gets scheduled over a month out--2 days later (after my insurance is charged for the first appointment) I receive notice from Jared L Taylor stating that they will no longer be providing me with care due to my "rudeness" and "unreasonable demands for care" Reached out to Jared Taylor to find out where the disconnect was here, and how we can go about fixing it. They over schedule so you never wait less than 30 minutes past your appointment time. Parents are not allowed to go back with kids. When reading over the records it's indicated that my 8 year old was uncomfortable being alone, and asked many times to be with me, his mom. It's heartbreaking. Staff is nice, hygienists take time to chat with you before and after kids go back, but I've never met any dentist.

Previous dentist said there were a couple of teeth that needed work. Went in here and they took…read morehim back and did x-rays. Came out and said the teeth were OK for now and they needed to see him again in three months just to be sure. But then they gave us a referral to an endodontist. If his teeth were OK and could wait for three months why the immediate referral? And the real kicker, the endodontist they referred us to does not take our insurance. The only thing this place accomplished was to delay care and generate a bill. I am going to suggest to the insurance company that they read the reviews of this place before they approve any more referrals here.
