Western Moving & Storage did a fantastic job...all three pieces arrived in perfect condition. Funny, because I felt like my movers in Dallas (big reputable company) would be more reliable in moving my household goods. That turned out not to be the case. The small mover in Western NE simply performed admirably. They were on-time and I had no breakage or damage. Very happy with their service and I undoubtedly would use them again if I had to move. They even used carpet runners to keep the carpets clean. They not only moved the furniture in but placed it where you wanted it and even rearranged it if we wanted. These guys know what they are doing. Not only are they hard workers but are very personable and good men. Their price was reasonable and well worth it. We were more than satisfied.

Tom has by far done the best job and was the most professional of all the moving companies I've used. The last move was out of state and everything was perfect! Nothing broken, on time, on budget and service with a smile. I don't know how Tom and his team can keep such a positive attitude and seem to be happy all the time, but they are awesome. The guys then stayed to remove all of the carpets in the house, that day and half of the following day. The one room had carpet that was glued down and they stayed until it was scraped clean. My cleaning gal referred me to them when she wasn't able to clean, said "his gals are good" The new owner was very pleasant, came to my apartment and emailed me an estimate. It was a little high but I gave them a try. The first visit, a "deep cleaning" resulted in the paint being destroyed on the range hood. They were very prompt in repaying me for having it replaced. I decided to give them a second chance. They were over an hour late, 3 people came to clean a small 2 bedroom apartment. They were in each other's way, it was ridiculous. They didn't seem to be organized at all, After they vacuumed the living room, they started leaving. I asked about the other rooms not being vacuumed, they said they had done them. I was sitting right here, they did Not! And they hurried out the door. After they left, I found so many places that were not cleaned, halfway cleaned and you couldn't smell any kind of cleaning product, I had asked for more natural products after the first time it smelled like toxic chemicals. I emailed the company about the unsatisfactory job. I got no response. I eventually received a bill and I contacted them that I didn't feel I should pay full price for such an unsatisfactory job. She responded that I had to contact the office before the girls left to have had them look at it. I didn't pay the bill and received a second one with a huge late charge. I emailed an offer to pay half the price of the cleaning and asked for a reply. After waiting almost a week. No response. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.

They charged me $621 for a 40-minute drainage clog removal, which included $85 for the service call and $536 for using a snake machine, without any additional materials. Given the current economic climate, where every dollar is hard-earned, I can't recommend them outright. I strongly advise getting multiple quotes before choosing their service.
