Not only did…read morethey resist owning their many mistakes on my $26,000 re-roofing job - which took 5 months to complete because of their shoddy work that included installing warped & damaged materials - I believe they acted in bad faith &/or breached our contract in several other ways, including: 1. failing to provide a promised materials warranty & an itemized list of project costs 2. attempting to overcharge me several hundred $$ by unilaterally increasing the contract balance 3. replacing my home's original high-quality flashing with damaged, low-quality material 4. grossly overcharging me for materials to repair their own work 5. over/charging me for corrections ordered by the City of Pullman Protective Inspections Division after the company's work failed to meet local building code standards 6. accusing the city building inspector & wider office of ignorance and exceeding their authority 7. the owner's threatening to sue me & take my home.
