We were of course concerned because one of the girls would not have a place to stay until the room was available. Although this could have been an extremely stressful event, the management was doing everything they could to accommodate us. Just as they were looking into a room for one of the girls, the tendant who was suppose to have moved out showed up. Management helped the person pack up their things, moved/carried items out of the apartment and cleaned quickly so that all three girls could move in. The apartment rooms, bathrooms and common area are nice size. The furniture in the living room is a bit worn but we are thankful it is provided. We were surprised to see TV's in each of the bedrooms. The fitness and pool area are very nice! The staff were very friendly and helpful. My husband and I read the previous reviews and asked lots of questions. So far we are pleased and our daughter and her friends are happy and feel safe. The location is close to the police station and also close to Safeway and the University. We would recommend The Grove.
