Before leaving, Boaz gave me a tube of leak sealant in case I needed it. The next day or so, I noticed a dripping leak on the corner joint by the front door near the overflowed area.. It had overflowed near there because of the plugged downspout but the joint was not leaking before their visit. I saw their ladder in the area while working.
