After that he ghosted us for over 6 months. He kept scheduling the work and then make excuses as to why he didn't show up. After telling him we had no choice but to take him to small claims court he paid us back part of the deposit and said he would pay the rest the following week. He then ghosted us again. I hate leaving bad reviews but just trying to protect others from experiencing what happened to us.

I checked Yelp and saw that JB Construction had a good rating and reached out to them to help me finish up my kitchen. Jose was very responsive. We discussed the project and he came up with a reasonable price and got to work. They did a bit of everything, carpentry, tile, electrical, drywall, etc. Jose is also refreshingly collaborative. They did a great job and Jose stands behind their work. If I find anything that isn't quite right or got missed, he said he'll come take care of it (100% confidence in this). I knew that Coast Roof Cleaning could pressure-wash high surfaces (roofs) so I called Kyle, the owner. He was prompt to answer and said yes. He came, explained the process using a mixture of cleaning agents that won't damage the fence or hurt my neighbors plants beyond the fence. He gave me a reasonable bid and showed up on time. Then he carefully sprayed every surface, sprayed again, rinsed and it was like magic - all of the mildew, grime and whatever else disappeared! My fence looks great and is ready for stain.
