He seemed very nice and gave us a very competitive bid so we hired him and gave him a good size deposit for the job that he said he needed to buy the materials. After that he ghosted us for over 6 months. He kept scheduling the work and then make excuses as to why he didn't show up. After telling him we had no choice but to take him to small claims court he paid us back part of the deposit and said he would pay the rest the following week. He then ghosted us again. I hate leaving bad reviews but just trying to protect others from experiencing what happened to us.

They did a great job and Jose stands behind their work. If I find anything that isn't quite right or got missed, he said he'll come take care of it (100% confidence in this). I knew that Coast Roof Cleaning could pressure-wash high surfaces (roofs) so I called Kyle, the owner. He was prompt to answer and said yes. He came, explained the process using a mixture of cleaning agents that won't damage the fence or hurt my neighbors plants beyond the fence. He gave me a reasonable bid and showed up on time. Then he carefully sprayed every surface, sprayed again, rinsed and it was like magic - all of the mildew, grime and whatever else disappeared! My fence looks great and is ready for stain.
