I had been very busy with my business and knew I needed to come in, but I kept putting it off until the discomfort became too much. By the time I went in, I was actually having a hard time walking. I left feeling so much better, with the pressure in my back relieved and the discomfort greatly reduced. In the past, I have gone to Jamie for bronchitis, lower back pain, and knee pain. She doesn't just care about health stuff but also your spiritual health which I really love. Her office assistant, Jolo is also the best. He responds really fast and is always there to assist. I have continued to come back. 2) Office stops answering for patients who have missed an appointment. Very unprofessional. my calls are never answered by the receptionist to schedule a simple adjustment and a massage. When I call from a different phone the receptionist answers. (I have missed two appointments and have paid the fee when I come back) never have I not paid. 3) appointment canceled without notification, confirmation text was sent the day before. My time has been wasted on a Saturday mid day to drive all the way to the office without notification that I no longer have an appointment. It is convenient to come here because it's so close to home but I will be taking my business to REFORM CHIROPRACTIC that has a better business structure and does not perform unprofessionally.
