Dr. Woods is awesome! He did a short phone consultation with me and was able to accommodate and see me the same day. When I arrived he walked me through the process so I would be comfortable and know what to expect from the appointment. He completed a scan on my first visit as well as did an adjustment. He also used a machine on my upper back and neck which really helped release some of the tension I was feeling. The following day Dr. Woods was able to meet with me to discuss the results of the scan and make his recommendations. Dr. Kerry Woods is a lifesaver! I was struggling for weeks with light headedness extreme fatigue and balance issues. I went to urgent care and seen regular doctors and they sort of dismissed me because I was young and just told me "not to stress". So after doing some research I found Woods Chiropractic, and I am so happy I did. Dr. Woods did an extensive background on what could be causing everything and we did some scans as well. Turns out it was my neck (Cervicogenic Vertigo) So he helped me get aligned and gave me some neck exercises to do daily to strengthen and repair my neck. I visited Woods Chiropractic as I needed treatment for an injury. After reviewing all the positive reviews online, I decided to make an appointment with Dr. Kerry Woods. I am glad I found a true professional! Upon arrival I was greeted by Robyn who was very helpful and full of smiles. As I waited for Dr. Woods in the lobby I took note of my surroundings and noticed the office was very clean and tidy. When I met with Dr. Woods I explained my situation and he he took the time to listen to everything I had to say. Upon completion of my exam Dr. Woods provided me with a treatment plan to get me back to better health. I can honestly say, I'm feeling much better after only a short time. I think its important to note my injury goes back to over 10yrs and my primary Dr's over the yrs. just wanted to feed me prescription drugs, which I am not OK with, as this only masks the pain and does nothing to help me get back to better health. My view on prescription drugs may be much different then others, but I truly feel they have the potential to do more harm then good. I'd been driving by his office for a while now and when I needed to see someone I took a chance and made an appt. From the moment I walked into his office I was greeted by Robin at the front desk. She was all smiles, very friendly and walked me through the paperwork and getting set up in their system. Then I met with Dr. Woods who was so kind and very knowledgeable. My first appointment at Woods Chiropractic, I felt so uncomfortable because the staff and other patients were not wearing masks, and the front desk tried to shake my hand ?? After expressing my concerns, the staff kindly reassured me that they would be more cautious and wear a mask and practice social distancing. You would think that being months deep into a pandemic, a medical office would be more careful.. However, I decided to give them another chance and continue getting treatment, because I needed it. Dr. Woods is kind and did offer me the treatment I needed, but I was over it when I came back and was the first patient of the day on a Tuesday morning, and the treatment bed looked like this. This is not okay. It is clearly an imprint of someone's legs, meaning they did not wipe down the area, and do not care about other patients health and safety. And on top of that, they gave my insurance representative a hard time after charging a second evaluation fee for going over the results from my first evaluation. That explanation took no more than 5 minutes. My second appointment was less than 20 minutes (and I have the proof that it was less than 20 minutes) 10 minutes of that I was getting electrical stim, another 5 minutes getting my joint readjusted, so an additional $75 charge to go over results in 5 minutes seems a little unethical. I work in a medical office and charging a patient for a second evaluation is when the doctor evaluates a new injury/different body part. I am just glad that I have cut off ties with this chiropractic office, and hope they change their ways for the better. read more

My experience with Dr. Kerry Woods at Woods Chiropractic was not only excellent in regards to the hospitable, calm, and relaxing environment of his Wellness Facility, but it was also so effective in helping me to get back on my feet in a swift and safe way. I am a Personal Trainer and I regularly participate in Spartan Races.  During my training for the Big Bear Sprint Elite wave , a ganglion cyst formed in my wrist which made it unbearable to take on pressure in my right hand, and I also accidentally dropped a weight on my foot and fractured the tip of my second toe.  This made it very difficult to run and lift and I was only a little over a month out from my race. I would give 10 stars if I could I was referred by both my friend and sister in law who both have had great experiences. I had tendinitis on my left elbow and golfers elbow in my right. After repeat visits to my Dr and nothing was helping I decided to give Dr.Woods a try. Let me just say I am 100% pain free in both my arms after having laser therapy. I had tremendous lower chronic back pain from a lower spinal injury from a gym injury. I then heard from my Mom after telling her about the tremendous pain I had, that chiropractic treatment might be something to look into... I was skeptical, maybe like the very few of you who are. I first came into Woods Chiropractic after injuring my lower back this summer. I was in constant pain for months suffering from extreme sciatica, I was hardly able to walk or work and unable to get a proper diagnosis or treatment from my primary physician. After visiting numerous hospitals and one other chiropractor, who will remain nameless, and being what I consider misdiagnosed several times, I took the advice of a friend of mine who's been going to Dr. Woods for nearly 20-years. I had a touch of gout in my ankle, which caused me to favor the back part of my foot as I hobbled around enduring slight pain for two days. Unbeknownst to me, that hobbling around was causing inflammation in my lower back and hip. I woke up one morning and screamed in pain as I tried to get out of bed. And if I had to admit it there were a few tears shed it hurt so bad. Long story short... I was put on painkillers, anti-inflammatory meds, and steroids for several weeks, as I could not walk for 10-days and had to crawl to go to the restroom. After 3-week of the pain barely subsiding, I finally listened to my friend and called Dr. Woods to make an appointment. To my amazement, Dr. Woods actually answered the telephone. He does have a staff there, but I found it impressive that it is not beneath him to answer his own office phone. I explained to a very attentive Dr. Woods my situation and how I was a little leery about seeing a chiropractor and he calmed me down immediately with his jovial, but caring nature and in no time an appointment was set in stone. I logged on to the website and filled out the extensive, but very important form so Dr. Woods had a clear understanding of what he was dealing with before my arrival. The first visit went extremely well. Dr. Woods was very thorough in his questioning, testing and diagnosis. He then administered some preparatory stimulation to relax some muscles and relieve tension, before aligning my back from neck to tailbone area. To my amazement, I felt a relief that I was scared to death I would never experience again in my life, the way I felt beforehand. The burning in my lower back had subsided about 75%, and I was walking upright. I had left my crutches in the car for the visit, but I still relied on them to walk more than about 50-steps. I still have a little discomfort in my hip, which is a whole other problem that I will be visiting Dr. Woods in a few days to correct. All in all, I have never experienced such professionalism in the medical field by anyone. Ever! Dr. Woods to me is the "Magic Man!" As I write this review it has been three days since that visit and my lower back pain is just about completely gone. I can now walk without a limp or pain for about 200-yards (absolutely impossible before), and I can sleep through the night without any problems or pain.
