Our second time visiting The Zen Den Spa and all I can say is THANK YOU for easing my husband's sciatic pain. On his first visit he arrived with a very strong pain, a 10. I wish I had paid close attention to the 1-star reviews. Sadly, I found myself in a similar scenario as other negative reviewers. The massage was coupled with a lot of mishaps, ending in a terrible experience. I also had a hard time reaching the office, and billing was questionable. Lesson learned. read more

I have several ailments, One is sciatica. A few months ago I got 2 very painful epidural shots on my back. This was supposed to alleviate the pain I was having from the sciatica problems, however it did not work. I've been coming here for about a month and I love this place because of the individual attention you get. I come for adjustments and acupuncture. My husband gets the chiro and massage. They give deep tissue massages. And each room is beautifully decorated. inside Zen Den Spa has a unique appeal to the spa experience. The colors are teal and red and there is a cherry blossom tree in the waiting room. The owner is super sweet and helpful and she truly cares for your good health. I had been feeling a lot of discomfort for a good 3/4 weeks until i made an appointment with Sandy. I had tried a chiropractor to get adjusted on a couple if occasions but it wasn't doing the trick. After sharing the details of my pain areas, Sandy recommended a service that would remedy what i was experiencing. I've never tried acupuncture and cupping before but I'm so glad that i gave them a go! The service that i received included a massage, then onto acupuncture and cupping before ending with an adjustment. I could feel the benefits immediately and as i moved throughout the day the pain did not flare back up. I feel amazing a day later! Mediocre over priced experience -- The skills displayed by the professional are underwhelming and prove a lack of updated knowledge in the field because I felt worse than next day than after any adjustment. So Take your money elsewhere if you need professional. But if you enjoy disturbed feng shui energy and waterfall sounds then they have more than enough to keep you distracted from their incompetence and mediocrity. read more

I am a registered nurse who is out on Worker's Comp. due to a painful low back injury that occurred on the job. My lawyer recommended that I come see Dr. Vidal to treat my injuries, and I'm so glad he did! At first, I was blow away by all the 5-star reviews this place got. I've gone to see Dr. Vidal over a half a dozen times now and counting, and her and her staff work wonders every time. First off, everyone is extremely caring and genuine in their work and truly care for the well-being of their patients. Dr. Vidal always asks how my last treatment was, and whether or not I felt improvement. She will tailor each treatment to suit my needs and the needs of my low back. I always leave there feeling extremely satisfied and cared for. Another factor that blows me away is the fact that Dr. Vidal did not receive any billing information from my lawyer, yet, and still chooses to treat me without hesitation. There was a question whether or not Workers Comp would even cover all the treatments that she provides, and still knowing this, she still gives me different treatments, even if it means she will eat the cost at the end. Thankfully, my lawyer confirmed that all services will be covered through Workers Comp insurance. But, if this doesn't show a genuine heart and authenticity in truly caring about patients well-being, I don't know what it does. If you're considering seeking a acupuncturist/chiropractor/relaxing massage, look no further. This is the place to go. read more

This is my favorite place!! It's very calm, relaxing & everyone is super friendly. I got an hour deep tissue massage ( for my sciatica both sides) it usually is very painful. Marie was awesome she is so precise with where my pain was & places that have never been touched. After the massage I felt blood flow throughout my body. I've been in so much pain for the last four months due to a fall and landing flat on my back. My lower back was always stiff and I always felt this crunching pain and that I couldn't straighten out my back. I called yesterday to see if I could get an appointment and Dr. Sandy got me in at a perfect time of the day for me at 1 o'clock. It took her no more than five minutes to get all the kinks out of my back. I never heard so many cracks! After she was done I felt I could even breath better. I immediately called my husband and told him I felt I could do cartwheels down the street. I've been going in for acupuncture & massages to help with my Bell's palsy. Dr. Sandy & the massage therapist here have helped me heal so much faster than expected. I started noticing results after my 2nd acupuncture treatment. After going in twice a week for acupuncture & massages once a week these last 2 mths I'm almost all the way better. I came in today feeling stressed out and exhausted. I was in a lot of back pain and I saw that this was the only place near me that offered cupping therapy. As soon as I walked in I was greeted, and even offered water which was very thoughtful, ​considering some places do not do that. The person who assisted was a very nice woman. The woman assisted me with the cupping therapy and as I explained my problems and she was very understanding. The room was very peaceful and relaxing, with low soothing light and calming music. Once my cupping session was over I when I came out I feeling A LOT BETTER. I came in with a pain from 1-10, a 10. When I walked out my pain from 1-10 was a 2. I am so glad I decided to try this out. i read the reviews and that is what got me here. i brought my mom for part of her mother's day self care present and we both loved it. the fact that it is not just some massage where someone just rubs your back, bit actually focuses on where you are having pain and aches was so awesome. i got a therapeutic massage followed by an adjustment. the staff was so great and kind and had some great advice etc on the pain i was having and how i could remedy it when at home or working etc. i really enjoyed and appreciated it not just being another massage. well worth the value read more
