We absolutely love Bright Beginnings and have been so happy here for the past 3 years. You can tell all the teachers genuinely care for the kiddos. I have been bringing my 2 kids since they were 1 and 2 (now 3 and 4) transitioned from room to room. They have loved coming. The staff is all very friendly. If I ever have any questions, needs or concerns I feel they go out of their way to answer or help me. My older one starting TK, BB offers transportation which is a huge help for us working parents. Oh my Lord... to say my husband and I were appalled is an understatement!!! We were shopping around for options and paid a visit this morning for a tour. Crying infants and toddlers everywhere!!! When walking past the infants room at least 3 were crying inconsolably and there was only 1 teacher to 5 infants. Outside in the play area, several toddlers were crying with not one person trying to console them... this place was a shit show. I was ready to walk out as soon as I walked in! My heart hurt for all the crying going on in that place. Some of the staffed looked underage, overwhelmed and clueless. read more

I sent my daughter here from the ages of 12 months to about two years. Every two weeks she was sick. And was even admitted into the hospital for a week with RSV. When I spoke to the administrators about it, all she had to say was "it's going to strengthen her immune system." The staff is wonderful very nice but the classrooms are completely Overwhelmed with children. On my daughter last week there, a flyer was posted saying hand foot and mouth disease is going around in the facility. please don't send your children here. read more

Our twins have been attending Bright Beginnings for almost a year now and they (as well as we) could not be happier with the care and professionalism they provide. Our twins began in the infant age group and have grown into the toddler age group. The teachers and staff made the transition easy and they give a lot of attention to each child. On a typical day the kids will eat lunch, play and socialize outside with friends, read books, and create crafts. If your children are not potty trained (like our 2 year olds) they will change them for you, too! What I like most about Bright Beginnings is how welcoming the environment is. The staff and teachers know us and our kids, the location is convenient, and the prices are competitive. An added bonus is they also offer military and sibling discounts. If you refer a friend you will get credit applied to your account. I can say many more things about why our family trusts and patrons Bright Beginnings, but it's better for you to pay them and visit and judge for yourself. I just enrolled my son at Bright Beginnings Preschool this week. I know it's quite early for a review but I must share my experience thus far. I will defenitly update my review as time passes. My 23 month old is Autistic so I have searched high and low for a daycare facility that would accommodate his daily therapy sessions and have a low child to teacher ratio. After several failed attempts I was lucky enough to come across BBP. They're so kind and understanding, they allow daily sessions on site they also have the lowest child to teacher ratio out of all the daycare faciltes I've called. When I phoned BBP Jeni assisited me; I set up a tour the same day. After meeting her and the rest of the BBP staff; I knew this was the place for my son. read more

My children ages 2,4, and 6 have been attending for about 4 months now. My younger 2 took the change harder than my older daughter and even so in just 3 short weeks they adapted so we'll. The routine that is in place for the children is so helpful and everybody is so friendly. Although tuition is pricey, I don't have a problem paying money for great care. Knowing my children are safe and in an environment where they can grow gives me all the peace in the world. I do not have a child enrolled here. However, I did have a tour as a prospective parent, and I found a few things off-putting. Firstly, in the infant room, the adults wear shoes, and the children (that are old enough for shoes), wear the same shoes to play outside as they do indoors. So, babies are crawling around on the same floor where people are tracking in dirt from outside. Also, they do not place the children in chairs for feedings, but hold them in their laps. With 1 adult for every 4 children, my concern was, what if more than one child needs feeding at the same time? If children are fed one at a time, the others are waiting, hungrily, for their turn. If one or more children end up being difficult and time-consuming to feed, the others may be waiting a long while. Lastly, I didn't see many toys or interactive items around. I walked into this school (for a tour) hoping to find a daycare for my 8 month old. I walked in with a guest no signin or anything. I was really surprised that I with covid I was able to take my stroller in the infant area. I walked in and this was at 9am and there were (3) kids, (2) were just roaming alone very sad looking playing alone, the other was being held by an employee. (it was extremely silent in there which I found odd, NO KIDS LAUGHING, NO GAMES PLAYED NOTHING) I was expecting some high energy since (its still around coffee peek time) & they handle infant/toddlers and I did not get any look up at me when I came in (Literally I was not even acknowledged) which I found it hard to believe that these people are handling the babies. It almost felt like there was so much tension in there with maybe employees that you can cut it with a knife. I wondered how these people are trusted with the lil ones because their energy was GONE & they seemed miserable? I automatically realized why they had so much availability. These workers were not welcoming and seemed like they hated their job (except the one who did the tour she was very pleasant) I was concerned about seeing a guy just walk in through a random door and walk out as if it was ok? no badge no nothing and again no one looked up at him as he came and went. I thought to myself would I feel comfortable leaving my child here ? ABSOLUTLEY NOT! The babies were playing with a empty water bottle with a toy inside it ?? with the amount they charge no excuse! I am desperate for daycare but I am not willing to risk my child safety or even get the energy sucked out of my lil happy one. Hiring process is only with scan if your wondering. I can't say enough great things about Bright Beginnings. Our now 15 month old daughter has been enrolled full-time since the end of February/beginning of March and it's been the best thing for our busy family. Bright Beginnings and their staff have been an absolute blessing and delight. My son, now 14 months, has been going since he was 3 months old. From the first call and visit, up to now, everyone has been extremely courteous, professional, and oh-so caring. My son is in the infant room, so my experience is based primarily on those relationships and interactions. My son typically goes 2-3 days per week, which can vary, based upon my work schedule. He is always happy to go in, LOVES his teachers, and is all smiles when we pick him up. The place appears safe, neat, and tidy; kids are happy, well fed, napped, and diapers are checked and changed (if needed) every hour (or sooner, should the need arise). Toys and activities are appropriate to the age group and help to foster a learning environment. They read to the kids regularly, do art projects, play outside, and really help to keep those little brains active and engaged. They have been incredibly flexible with our schedule changes, even last minute needs for child care. They're also very accommodating in other ways, like kids with cloth vs. disposable diapers or ensuring kids who are on modified diets (i.e. vegan/ vegetarian) eat only those foods the parents have provided or have pre-approved, etc. The teachers and staff have been very good at communicating with us and fill out daily record sheets to show what foods were eaten, when diapers were checked, naps taken, activities completed, and any additional needs for the future. Overall, I have been happy with Bright Beginnings and fully entrust them with the care of my child and hope to continue utilizing their services for years to come! read more

Started bringing our son when he was 4 months to Bright Beginnings and Mrs Dena and Mrs Hannah were originally working in the infant room. Then we met Ms Kobe, Ms Susan, Ms Max and Ms Jenny. All of these women are amazing, wonderful with our son and have made such an impact on our lives. Our son loves everyone at Bright Beginnings and he has been here for a year now! We have no intention of ever changing day cares and couldn't be happier with everyone at this day care! Definitely recommend this daycare for infants and toddlers alike. read more

I asked one of the young ladies who claimed to be a supervisor of the school what the teachers would do if the children get into a conflict over space/toys. She said, "we are always supervising the children. So there is no way that the children get into conflicts". Dear parents, please don't trust this statement. What a child development center should be teaching is leading the children to be successful problem solvers, not avoiding the problems or solving the problems for them. I understand that we all should be a lifelong learner and we are not perfect, but this lady is clearly not experienced or learned enough in this field. The reason I gave 2 stars is because of the fact that the center would hire someone that the corporate could pay its employees super low (which eventually leads to low-quality preschool). Don't forget! If the pay is low, staffs are not gonna be happy and they are going to be overworked. Childcare jobs are not easy. It exhausts you mentally and physically. read more

I was apprehensive about sending our little girl to a daycare facility, since we'd only had experience with in home day cares. From day 1 our then 8 month old was completely comfortable. After I got into the routine, I too was put as ease. There are plenty of age appropriate activities for my little one to crawl around in and play with. The facility is always clean and the staff is so nurturing. We are greeted with professionalism and warmth every day. Everyone that interacts with our daughter truly seems to enjoy their job and children. I know this should be a given but not all places are like Bright Beginnings LV. After having terrible experiences with both home-based & corporate daycares with our older child, my husband & I spent about a year searching for the right place for our son. Bright beginnings preschool is far more than just a preschool. Every single employee is highly responsive and respectful. Ms. Jenni the director is absolutely amazing. She even helps clean up classrooms and interacts with the children on a daily basis. My 4 year old has amazing teachers. Ms Corina Ms. Max and Ms. Cassie are always involved and truly care about each and every student. My 4 year old has learned everything necessary to enter kindergarten; however will attend next year due to date of birth. My 8year old school age never complains about going to daycare. She loves her teachers Ms Norma and Ms Ti. They are supportive and offer homework help as well. She is on transportation to and from school. I've never had an issue with the driver being late or not locating my child. Bright Beginnings preschool cares for the students and protects them as well. It is a very safe preschool offering door codes and camera security systems. They do check drivers Licenses during pick up. They do accommodate additional days as well. The flexibility and hours are extraordinary; however, for a single mom it is imperative. They meet my every need with childcare within business hours lol. My daughter was their second student to enroll and even though the location is out of the way for me, it's completely worth every penny and every minute it takes us to get here. If you want teachers who will advocate for your child, then this is the school for you. Miss Kobi greets my daughter with love every morning even when she is a grump, Miss Carina is excited about whatever interests her class (even if it's a snail lol) Miss Max braids my daughters hair when she can tell that the morning didn't exactly give us all the time we thought we had to get ready. Not only are they very reasonably priced compared to others in the area, but we also deeply appreciate how kind and attentive everyone who works there is as well as how much we know she is learning from being there.
