Edited to add a reply to the owner's comment: All parts of the transaction matter to the customer- including the ability to reach the business to make an appointment, or leave a message. A simple check of your voicemail on a daily basis (or an increase in the size of the inbox), or even a message to tell people that you are currently extremely busy would all have sufficed. Your actions are not misrepresented in my review, and I said nothing to "decrease your credibility"- that would be all you. You could also have just replied and told me when to call, or how to reach you- which would have been great! You did not do that either. As far as "leaving only negative reviews", actually yelp doesn't show all my many reviews from my previous address / sign-ons from another city- and I actually do leave positive reviews. Trying to diminish the impact of criticism by blaming the reviewer is also probably not a good way to grow your business. If you had made *any* attempt to address the problem, I would have gladly changed my review to a positive one, but as it stands- I think I'll leave it as-is.

The cleaning crew did a very good job on the basic cleaning stuff but the areas where they seemed to have missed or skipped over was in the more detailed areas (missed cobwebs, some floors not cleaned, some walls not wiped). Everything else they did a really good job. All the cleaners and the owner are all very nice people and they are more than happy to isten to and respond to your requests. I would like to give the team and the owner the benefit of the doubt and suggest that they might be so busy and possibly overbooked that they are experiencing some growing pains in terms of scheduling and managing jobs and hours. I believe a distinction should be made between scheduled house cleanings and move out cleaning. I feel that this cleaning service would be very good for people that require daily, weekly, or monthly cleaning of their homes but not so good for move out cleaning service as move outs require a lot more attention to details and can be time consuming.
