As it turned out, I had not fully completed their "application" process. I would have appreciated a phone call to clarify what more I needed to do in order to accept their bid and actually schedule the appointment; communication is important. The day before the cleaning that was NOT scheduled, Andrew MacIntosh informed me that "my" appointment had been given to somebody else. Timeliness: Got our chairs back to us a week earlier than we had discussed. Quality of work: Chairs look brand new; picked up and delivered with care. Price: not the least expensive option we saw but given the reviews and communication we received from the start, we knew it would not be money wasted. I did not think their pricing was unreasonable. Every single employee I spoke with was courteous and helpful. A top tier professionally run company from my experience. Will be using them for other needs in the future.
