Sean went the extra mile to check the car to determine if I needed new terminals. He said the terminals were good. I just needed to proper battery for the car. He sold me the correct battery, installed it and check the car to see if the alternator was good. Everything took less than 15 minutes to complete. They were very friendly and I was greeted and treated exceptionally well. The manager came out, looked at my tire and within minutes my car was inside being serviced. I was told that it would probably take about an hour and I walked over to McDonald's and had some breakfast and by the time I got back my car was ready. Since I had the hazard insurance there was no charge for my tire repair. I have been a customer of Tire Kingdom for many years and this is my favorite location. I can honestly say they have always treated me very well and fair so I have no complaints ever.
