Each yoga/workout move was easy to follow and pushed you to a higher level if you chose. You worked every muscle. Laurence's teaching technique and voice was calming and relaxing. After taking this class it made me become aware of how my core muscles lacked strength and felt the improvement after the 5 weeks. I would recommend taking a class with Laurence.

Cummings Center is HUGE, but once inside the building it is easy to find the right place. Olga met me and went through my expectations (which was great) and then told me how the hour would go. It took me about 10 minutes to relax and then before I knew it my hour was up. Olga told me what she felt about specific areas of stress and struggle. They were identical to how I had been feeling, and nothing I told her in the beginning.
