As a 60+, I know how important it is to work on strength & balance- especially as we age. This gym used to be packed with people and classes use to fill up pretty fast. In 2024, BAC is pretty much empty. Plus, now there are cameras literally around EVERY corner of this place. Creepy. Anyway, it seems like everyone moved to Blink. Probably won't re-sign up if I come back home permanently, but won't join Blink either. Friendly employees at BAC, but too few members and too many cameras. Joining Blink is joining A.I. No thanks to both.

I love how every class is different and each instructor brings their own flair. There are 3 tiers of difficulty and highly recommend you master the foundations 1 class level before progressing. There are military and corporate discounts available. Class packs range from 4, 8 or unlimited around $130-230. Highly recommend you ask for their discounts and if you take the intro class they waive the $150 enrollment fee. It's been over a month since I joined and am loving it so far!
