Being that we are not familiar with the area- this was very stressful. ** Quality of games was poor, the holes on skee-ball machines were made of flimsy plastic and so each time a ball was rolled up the plastic would shift inward and cause the balls to be stuck and blocked the holes. The pool table was not a full-size pool table, nor was it at all level. The pockets had holes torn in them so every time a ball went into the side pockets the balls would come shooting out from the hole and roll across the floor. Also there was no chalk for the cue sticks. The racing game was fine, the basketball game was fine- although the tech that we paid $1275.00 for played on it all night. The pinball games were both ok- but the balls kept getting stuck. ** Poor customer assistance/onsite help: I raised concern about the pool table and the lack of chalk to your tech, his response was simply "They aren't our machines". ** Not worth $8200.00 that was paid. ** Brought these concerns post-event. After comparing prices with a few other local companies, we found that Fiero's pricing was actually a bit more affordable. We also rented tables and chairs, and everything arrived clean and in great condition--including the jumper itself. What really stood out was how accommodating they were with our last-minute booking. We decided to add the jumper just a few days before the party, and they made it happen, no problem. I also appreciated that they weren't strict or trying to charge extra for drop-off/pick-up times. In fact, they delivered a little early and let us enjoy it a bit longer, which was a pleasant surprise compared to some other companies we've used in the past. Once booked, he and his business partner (Matt) were thorough with coordinating delivery/pickup details and remained flexible through the whole process. On the day of delivery, Matt kept me informed on timing and sanitation measures he was taking to ensure safety. Matt was kind when he arrived to setup and provided clear information about the bouncer/water slide. Upon pickup, unfortunately the sprinklers were on and even though Matt was getting blasted by multiple sprinklers, he still smiled and had a great attitude.
