Once booked, he and his business partner (Matt) were thorough with coordinating delivery/pickup details and remained flexible through the whole process. On the day of delivery, Matt kept me informed on timing and sanitation measures he was taking to ensure safety. Matt was kind when he arrived to setup and provided clear information about the bouncer/water slide. Upon pickup, unfortunately the sprinklers were on and even though Matt was getting blasted by multiple sprinklers, he still smiled and had a great attitude. We also rented tables and chairs, and everything arrived clean and in great condition--including the jumper itself. What really stood out was how accommodating they were with our last-minute booking. We decided to add the jumper just a few days before the party, and they made it happen, no problem. I also appreciated that they weren't strict or trying to charge extra for drop-off/pick-up times.
