When I went for the touch up she told me it was $100. The touch up color stayed a bit more but not enough to make my eyebrows look nice. There was a lot of color missing. When I tried to make an appointment with Breanna for another touch up she told me it would cost me $250. I asked her how could she charge me more, if the original job I paid for was not properly done. She would not budge with me. I am so upset. My eyebrows are not what I paid for. She just made sure she got paid for a job that was not well done. I have to pay someone else to do the job she should've done in the first place.

She always does amazing work and it also just an all around great human. I look forward to talking to her throughout my appointments. Lashes: I was a newbie when I started getting lashes and honestly wanted something low maintenance so I could just "wake up and go" in the mornings without having to fuss with mascara. She walked me through the process and talked lengths with me prior to getting started. I felt super comfortable and like she knew what she was doing. She took her time and they look incredible every time! I've never had a fill that I didn't leave ultra happy with. Brows: I used and abused my brows (hello 90s thin line brows, I see you) and so it's been a struggle to get them to look how I want without several minutes and much patience in the morning drawing them in. Well, I'm all about the low maintenance and so Summer perfectly shapes and then tints my brows and I couldn't be happier, despite my previous disgust for my left eyebrow. After each appointment she shows me where still needs growth and where I absolutely cannot between appointment pluck if I want to have my left brow look like my beloved right brow. She's a perfectionist and I love that! Sugaring: What can I say. It's always awkward to introduce a new waxer/sugarer to the nether regions, but she's so professional and quick! She talks to you like it's NBD and it really isn't. It's my first experience with sugaring and I will never go back to wax for a Brazilian ever, ever again. Facials: I treat myself to a facial every few weeks and Summer recommended the perfect one for my skin and after each session, my skin is glowing and so incredibly clean. I wish I could get them every week!! All in all, I recommend Summer to all my friends and can't wait to try her other offerings as the needs arise. After talking with summer for a couple of minutes before lying right down on your table I felt extremely comfortable and excited to get started! Summer books were just enough time for me to do my lash lift but also scheduled some extra time in case I wanted to lamination which I found to be extremely thoughtful. Of course, when I saw how incredible my lashes look I was sold on the brow lamination! I especially loved that summer was so open with me telling me about all the different brow treatments that possibly would be a good fit for me I never felt pressure to have my brows laminated or to do anything that I didn't feel comfortable doing- Summer does not come off like a salesperson in any way it just feels like you're talking to an expert friend who's guiding you through the process! I frequently get compliments on my lashes bc they look so natural and fit the shape of my eyes. I used to get a reaction to the lash glue used at other salons but Sophie solved that problem as she uses a special glue that causes zero reaction for me. It's a great feeling to wake up in the morning and my lashes look perfect every single day, real time saver on the days I work and I'm up before dawn.
