THE BEST PLACE!!! Such a cute place in the Wizin center! They do sugaring, facials, and brows. The facials are the best because they actually use their hand not gloves. I've had a lot of facials and this is BY FAR the BEST IVE EVER HAD! Trust me when I say that. It's unlike other facials. She uses all natural products and the team are all top notch! I got my first lash lift ever here and it was a horrible mistake. The owner of the spa did it and unfortunately she didn't know what she was doing and completely over-permed my lashes. She did 7 minutes each and then an extra 5 minutes on my right eye for a total of 12 minutes (yikes!). She didn't charge me for obvious reasons. She was nice and her dog was cute, but I hope she never does a lash lift again or goes to beauty school before using harsh chemicals on a person's face. read more

I am terrified of anything painful! Hence why I was always afraid of getting a Brazilian wax! I tried it once years ago and left in tears!! I was concerned when I was told to sit up to make sure the were even... Also there are still many hairs all around my brows I had to tweeze as well as "sugar" in my eyelashes. I had never tried sugaring before as facial hair removal and decided to give it a try. The job was not done thoroughly and had paid $50 for full face. I had spoken to the manager and she was kind to correct it for me. There was a bit of attitude from her that I was not happy and corrected it and kind of threw me out the door feeling. When I arrived I was sitting around, she didn't greet me and I was sitting around for about 8 min, being the only person waiting. Don't like the vibe here, the job wasn't worth the money - meh results. I'll stick with other facial hair removal options. read more

Ive been using hard wax for years and initially didn't have a preference for hard wax versus sugaring. I only came here because a friend was going the same day. But Emily took the time to explain sugaring versus waxing and the potential damage that can be caused from hard wax, she said we could take breaks if I needed (which I didn't since it was a seamless removal), and I even learned a few things about the company! I would have kept going back, but their scheduling is all over the place.
