Although I had done them before (elsewhere) she walked me through each step. I loved how personable she was through the process, while the two of us talked about Nashville (she's a huge fan) and even shared some tips with me for my upcoming trip there with my husband. I have been coming faithfully every 2-3 weeks for a mega volume fill and have paid thousands of dollars to get my lashes done. When arriving for my appointments, I have not been greeted once even when there was someone sitting at the front desk. A few months ago, I came in for my appointment (I have record of a confirmation email) and they said it wasn't on their books. They said "wow I don't know what happened" and blankly stared at me. No apology. No offering to reschedule. After acknowledging that yes I would like to come back, they rescheduled me due to my own initiative. A few weeks ago, I had never missed an appointment until I came down with the flu. I texted the number 3 hours in advance (they don't pick up calls) to inform them that I was too sick to make it and that I'd like to reschedule. 15 minutes into my appointment, Madison reached out wondering where I was. I informed her a second time that I needed to cancel and would like to reschedule. No response. Several weeks later, I reached out to Madison a third time in attempt to reschedule. Still no response. But luckily there was a silver lining because when I was forced to go to another salon, I realized that the poor lash retention at Madison Leigh's is NOT NORMAL. Turns out, Madison Leigh has a reputation for lashes falling out easily and this is known in other salons as well as reported in many reviews. There are too many salons that treat their consumers better and have a better product than to keep wasting your time and money at Madison Leigh. read more

This was my first time getting my lashes done and I'm so glad I went to Madison Leigh!!! I got a keratin lash lift. Even though my straight lashes were being stubborn, the lash artist got them looking beautifully curled. I noticed that they started falling and decided to pop in for a touch up. Giselle was able to fit me in and gave me some helpful tips for next time. I definitely should be hydrating my lashes and have gone in as soon as I noticed them falling. She put notes in my profile for the next artist to know to have my lashes need to set for a bit longer next time. She even checked in the next day to make sure I was still loving them! I wanted to find a place that I could go to prior to surgery, knowing I would not be able to do my eyelashes and eyebrows for a long time. Silly I know as I can't leave my house for 6-8 weeks. I just wanted to pamper myself, and like what is looking back at me in the mirror. I had brow lamination and tint, as well as eyelash lift and tint. Bree did a truly incredible job. She was gentle, which I greatly appreciated. While I could not see what she was doing, I could feel the precision in her work! I had numerous compliments from family, as well as the nurses in the surgery center. I will 100% be back to see Bree. Now on to the salon itself. It is super easy to book an appointment. The salon is super inviting. It is clean and decorated nicely. The only thing that was difficult for me personally was the country music playing. This is only because I'm not a country music fan so sitting there for an hour listening to music you don't enjoy was a little trying! It is definitely an intentional part of the vibe. Guess what? Who cares? I'll sit through any type of music (as long as it is not disrespectful) to get great brows and lashes in a clean, professional environment. Now, I had been a little disappointed with my past couple of last techs after having the same one for years move away, and after Bree took a look at my lashes I am not surprised why I've been disappointed. Long story short, she recommended a new full set, and took off my old lashes. Fast forward to this week, I have a fresh new set, they look great, are perfectly framed on my eyes, not too long for face, each lash carefully placed with zero tugging. This place used to be my go to place for a long time but it has changed in my opinion. They have a lot of new staff who don't have any experience outside of working at Madison Leigh. I went in for a mini fill but ended up getting a regular fill because I didn't have enough lashes according to the person for it to look OK so I agreed. The previous girl that used to work there that did my lashes who is no longer there would knock it out in the time that she had and they would look great, but this is not the case anymore. After I was done, she didn't even give me the mirror to show me because they looked awful. I didn't say anything because there's so many people around and I didn't want to embarrass the person, but this was my final straw there. If you decide to go there, I would suggest you book with someone who has been there for a long time because all the other girls that are fairly new have no prior experience. I should've known better when she had to get approval to do a regular fill which was something that should not have been approved in the first place. That same day that I was there they had 2-3 lash artists sitting/standing by the computer with 3 people in the lobby and none of them greeted or said anything. After being there for five minutes, they finally asked if we had checked in on the little tablet they have on the counter. It would be helpful if they greeted and let you know that you had to do that in the first place instead of just letting you stand around while they chitchat around the computer. The one thing I can say about this lash studio is the shop is really cute, love the decor. I had 5 different appointments with two different lash techs here. My first install was with Katlyn, I told her what I wanted and she did something completely different. A total of 16 lashes came off on one eye and 6 on the other the NEXT DAY, I called and she agreed to fixed them. After she supposedly fixed them they were not even at all. When it was time for my fill I told them I wanted someone else due to my first install. Granted the owner Madison said she'd fix them. For whatever reason she ended up not fixing them and they put me with Hayley cause she had a cancellation. Same thing happen with Hayley, they didn't last at all. I came in for a hybrid fill and she kept doing volume. My last fill which was on Sunday afternoon 10/24/21 I told her we can do volume again but I wanted size 16, she said we CAN DEFINITELY do that. Once she was done with my fill I asked was this size 16 she said no we don't do that length it would be up to your eyebrows. Not once did she say we don't have that size, or I wouldn't recommend it NOTHING or whatever the case is. She just took it upon herself to still give me what I didn't ask for. When you pay $70-$85 PLUS TIP for a fill you'd think they'd listen to what the CUSTOMER wants or they'd last longer than a week. Maybe they aren't using enough glue or they aren't placing them correctly. I had 5 different appointments with them, and they can't seem to get it right. I would NOT recommend. read more

The day before my lash appt I had my 2nd COVID vaccination. The next morning as I drove to Madison Leigh I began feeling ill and by the time I parked I knew I was running a fever. I called Madison Leigh and their voicemail inbox was full so I sent a text explaining my situation. THEY CHARGED MY CARD $165.00 FOR NOT GIVING 48 HOURS NOTICE. I called again wanting to explain why charging me full price is Ludacris, but sadly their voicemail inbox is still full. I made the only choice I had and that was to get myself back home. The Madison Leigh business policies need to be COVID updated. The fact that they paid themselves full price just because I would not walk in with a fever, is disgusting. read more

I loved the idea of coming here because it was local. I think I went a total of 4 times. The last time I went, I got a hybrid set for vacation. The lashes didn't even make it until the 3rd day after getting them. By the end of the trip (5-7 days later) almost all were gone. My friend had just gotten hers done by someone else and they lasted the whole trip and until her next fill. She couldn't believe how mine did not hold up. I was told that I had oily eyelids or something like that and that was making it hard to hold have the lashes stick.I barley even got them wet. It was disappointing to pay for them and to just fall off like nothing. I just got my lashes done elsewhere and they're doing so well. It also wouldn't hurt for the girls to try to initiate a conversation just a tad while you're just laying there. read more
