My child has contracted COVID, RSV and STRIP THROAT I addressed the sickness within her class after see the kid laying around teachers constantly wiping his nose and the OWNER and the then Director Sreeja lied to my face on several occasions saying the child was not sick just getting over a common cold but not contagious. Then lies on boo boo reports on what really happens to your child. The owner doesn't exhibit stable knowledge of how to professionally and safely to run her business she routes you to anyone in the front even to make a tuition payment that's the most knowledgeable thing you should know when running a business is how to get paid for your services. I've several meetings with her and the then director and not much changed. The turn over rate is very high there always having to get to know a new teacher. The now current director there Jamelly I don't feel is suitable for her role being that she's very spiteful and not truthful when speaking with same as the other director was I'm guessing this is a character trait to work within this facility that they will lie to your face and expect you to be ok will them learning to properly care for your child as the days go by. She covered for a teachers who miss kids I spoke with her about a teacher miss treating my child and of course the camera didn't catch it and the teacher denied it. I've spoken to the owner and the then curriculum coordinator now turn assistant director to about providing more learning assignments and progress on that was still coming along slowly. I strongly feel this location is and embarrassment to the Kids R Kids franchise which is why the child enrollment rating is low best advice move your child to surrounding schools that offer best education, accurate safety and trustworthy teachers and staff. They were jumping off tables & fighting each other. My baby hated this school. The last straw was my baby refusing to go in his classroom. Despite the 2 week notice they want you to give, I pulled my son out that same day. When I told the director that the kids were bad and the teacher had no control over them , her response was "yeah they are a little aggressive"....Oooooh ok. And we've been starting over every weekend. Despite my constant reminder to ask him to go potty. 2. We couldn't access our procare app to get notifications etc. Not their fault. What is, is that I told multiple people in the front, multiple times that Kids R Kids has to call Procare. Procare cannot fix it when I call or give me any information except that the facility has to call. This took 5 weeks for them to call, after I was crying from frustration. And then it was fixed next day. Why did it take all of that? 3. I went to pick him up and another mom was waiting to be let in. She told me she's been there for 3 years and she has two children there. But that since they've gotten new owners, they've gone downhill and she's almost at her last straw with them. They couldn't get the door open after 15-20 minutes of waiting and eventually brought us through the playground and the infant room. No follow up nothing. 4. Two weeks ago I went to pick up my son. They were playing outside. I grabbed his backpack and cup and saw a gallon of milk sitting out. I felt it and it wasn't cold. Not hot yet. But not cold. Hoping this was a one off. 5. Today, I picked up my son and on our way home he asks for his cup in the car. Drank some out of his cup and said "wawa " for water. I opened the cup which wasn't empty and see it full of chunky milk. So I gave him my water bottle. 6. As I'm on the phone with the daycare, the director, I'm assuming is who I was talking to, says "the teacher just filled it and saw it was bad but then had to tend to another child" but before I pulled up I got a notification on Procare that he was just changed. And his teacher also told me she just changed him. And never said anything about bad milk. And I saw her grab his cup and put it in the side pocket of his backpack. Over the phone I asked "when did the milk expire?" I hear her over the phone yell over "Miss Ebony when did the milk expire?" And she responds to me " the 14th. Thursday. So it should still be good." Excuse me?? 4 days past expiration and I'm calling you because his cup had chunky foul smelling milk in it. As this conversation is going on he starts gagging and throws up a little. Mind you while I'm also in traffic still on the way home. I told her "I do not want him having milk while he's there, he can have milk at home. And she's arguing with me and asking me if he has special milk. In my head I'm thinking, no he doesn't need special milk. He needs milk that's not spoiled and curdled. Seriously? I feel like there's no resolution or assurance that my child or other children are getting the treatment they need. I'll be making calls to report them. Do better. One morning, while I was outside pushing him on the swing (which his teacher had told me was okay and even helpful during the adjustment period), a director named Ms. Alma came outside and, in a very dismissive tone, told me they hadn't done a background check on me and implied I shouldn't be around the other children. While I absolutely respect the need for safety protocols, the way she approached me was unnecessarily rude and made me feel like a threat--when in reality, I was simply supporting my child with the teacher's permission. If there are specific policies around drop-off routines or parent presence, that's completely understandable--but they should be communicated clearly and handled with basic professionalism and respect. Unfortunately, that's not the only concern I've had. My son fell backwards off a chair one day, and I was never notified. There was no incident report, no mention at pick-up--nothing. On another occasion, milk was spilled on a child, and instead of being cleaned up promptly, the mess was left unattended for nearly an hour. I saw multiple children slip and fall in that area while staff members seemed to ignore it. These may seem like small things individually, but they reflect a troubling lack of attentiveness and care. As a parent, I expect a safe, clean, and communicative environment for my child--this has not been my experience here.

Again! I was a previous teacher at a different Kids r Kids, I would have never had any of my students in a corner crying by their self. I had great assistant teachers that would help them relax and ease in also. I spoke with the director about how I didn't feel very welcomed coming into the class. After speaking with her I was still gonna try to see how the first week went. When I went to pick my daughter up her teacher still wasn't very interactive. (The director says she's a new lead teacher, she might be nervous since it's her first day) On top of everything else, once I went to pickup my daughter her teacher tells me my daughter got bit on her left arm! I went to the front to ask them about my daughter getting bit. The lady from the front desk and the director didn't know what happened. I told her no one informed me that my daughter got bit nor did her teacher do a report. ( my daughter was bit at 11am, the bite mark still showed later in the afternoon around 4pm) At Kids r Kids, the teachers are supposed to make a report the second the incident happens, take a picture and the front office should call the parents! They didn't do that what so ever! I understand biting happens sometimes especially in my daughter age group. What made me upset was that they didn't follow their own rules and let me know what happened. So I lost all trust there. Mind you this all happened on her first/last day. I go back today to tell them my daughter wasn't no longer gonna be attending the school. She told me she understood and said "I'm sorry that we didn't meet up to your standards" and if you're wondering no, I didn't get a refund.
